New Remodel: All new kitchen with granite. All new living room furniture and new 55" 4k tv. New vanity with granite. Updated led lighting in bathrooms and kitchen.

It doesn't get much more convenient than this. Directly across the street from the Sand Fiddler public beach access. 2nd. floor corner unit has amazing ocean views. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while trying some great local food. The condo sleeps 4, queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans. FULLY REMODELED KITCHEN. BRAND NEW DISHWASHER, OVEN, MICROWAVE, SINK, GRANITE...... Longer stays are hassle free with a washer and dryer to take care of any laundry needs.
We only allow small to medium sized dogs if preapproved.
**DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING IF YOU HAVE A DOG (SORRY, NO CATS). ALL PET REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER.**

Perfect beach weekend!

We loved everything about this stay! The residence was exactly as described and had perfect proximity to the beach and restaurants. The perfect stay for a quiet weekend away from home.

Excellent stay, super cute property. Easy to access, easy check in. Pool access was a good bonus as well when the grandkids got tired of the beach. There was a significant pot smell, I presume it was from one of the neighbors. It was not within the house though so that was good. Generally speaking it was pretty quiet stay. We thoroughly enjoyed and will rebook again

We normally stay ocean front but was booking too late to find anything. We also stay closer to the board walk than this. We loved the location and was very impressed with the apartment/condo. We absolutely will visit again.

The pictures of the property are out dated and in need of updating. The “apartment/condo” is tiny and in need of maintenance and repairs (the sliding glass door handles are being held on with electrical tape) as an example. A deep cleaning is needed especially around the HVAC vents. It is recommended the owner invest in new furniture as it is worn and needs attention. A large amount of money was paid, due to the holiday and when we arrived, things became apparent the two didn’t match. We did not get the value or comfort expected, as the price was high and probably could have stayed at a 4 star hotel for the same price. Plus they would have provided all the different amenities such as, sheets, towels and toiletries. The location, being very close to the beach ideal and being dog friendly was a huge plus. Parking was good as well. Given all of the issues/concerns listed above, in its current condition we will not be recommending this property to our friends or others.

Everything was so clean! We had such a great view and could even see a dolphin from the balcony this morning. The kitchen appliances are so nice and up to date. Our little family of 4 fit perfectly and we really enjoyed our week stay. Great area and so peaceful. I do recommend bringing beach chairs. There was only one fold up chair so we had to venture out for some but I asked before coming and knew i may need to have my own. ☺️

Great space! No surprises!

The condo was perfect for me, my husband, and my dog. Jeff was so easy to work with, and answer every question with little to no wait time I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who asked thank you for providing such a great space for relaxation and renewal.

Exceeded Expectations

Very pleasant experience overall. Unit was clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. One full and one 1/2 bath made good sense. Beach was visible from a comfortable balcony (table and 4 chairs). Owner (Jeff) was gracious and relentless via email and phone on a Saturday night to help us re-establish the TV connection . We inferred that our complete satisfaction was the owner’s foremost intention. They succeeded. We’ll be back

Great Beach location

The location is great with nice view of beach from balcony. It is right across street from beach entrance and the pool was fabulous and never crowded. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. There are two toilets adjoining the shower which was nice. This is a second floor unit with only stairs so it wasn’t much fun hauling our stuff up and down or taking two small dogs in and out. I realize that some peoples idea of clean is different than my own but this place didn’t even smell clean when we walked in. That was the first thing we took notice too. The carpet had multiple large stain spots all over and I had a very hard time walking on it with out socks on and even letting my dogs lay on it. The shower was so gross that I wouldn’t even shower in it until I cleaned it myself. That’s not such a fun thing to have to do on a vacation. The rugs and shower mat were not fresh and clean either. If there is a cleaning company hired, they apparently aren’t doing their job as this place was dirty. I would believe that there are regulations that require sanitation of rental units in any state and they definitely aren’t being followed in this unit. I guess if you’re not a clean freak it would be an ok place for the price but definitely not up to our standards. No we did not reach out as I believe reviews say it all and I should’ve heeded them. Also we were already here and ‘no refunds’ so we made the best of it.

Great location, entrance, and kitchen set-up were very nice, bathroom shower - needs updating. Bed could use a more comfortable mattress. Overall, the convenience of walking across the street to beach access was the best!

Nice Place that needs some work

There was a stain on the mattress cover, but the mattress underneath was clean. It just needs to be replaced. The Kitching and living area were clean and looked to be redone recently. The two bathrooms were subpar at best. The toilets were fine and clean, but the rooms themselves were not clean, including the shower. Other people's hair and stains on the walls and all over the shower, the shower filled with water when we used it and the shower fan did not work well enough. Above the shower looked to be black mold in the popcorn ceiling but I am not 100% sure that was what it was. If they did a deep cleaning of the bathrooms or possibly refinished them, I would give this a 5 start and come back often. The bathroom is important. Check-in was easy and the owner seemed organized. Good view of the ocean and a great location for a dog friendly beach.

My husband and i stayed here for our honeymoon; let me tell you the pics dont do it justice! Beautiful lil spot with a view to the beach and lots of wonderful, cute places close by to eat! We cant wait to visit again!
