This house and contents are in need of updates and some remodeling but the location is absolutely perfect and convenient..Could have been cleaner..We loved our stay and honestly would maybe be interested in buying the property if the price was right..Property management easy to get a hold of..Over All a good stay
I recently stayed in a two-room rental home, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. While the property offered good Wi-Fi and a convenient parking space, these were among the very few positives of the stay.
The condition of the home was unacceptable. The bed sheets had dark red stains that were deeply unsettling, and the fans were covered in a thick layer of dust, making the air feel unclean. The walls were dirty and clearly hadn’t been maintained in years, contributing to an overall feeling of neglect. The bathroom was no better, with moldy shower curtains that made using the shower uncomfortable.
The entire home felt outdated, with furniture and fixtures that seemed decades old and in dire need of replacement. While the Wi-Fi was reliable and the parking space was sufficient, these amenities could not compensate for the poor cleanliness and lack of upkeep.
I would not recommend this rental unless significant improvements are made. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be top priorities for any host, and this property fell far short.
Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the little river behind house. Beds very uncomfortable someone needs to take the foam off and replace with memory foam. Deck was scary out side furniture very dirty and not safe to sit in some of it. Loved the location.
If you’re looking for bells and whistles this is not a place for you.
If your looking for a nice house near the strip, close but in a quite neighborhood then you will enjoy this location.
Nice creek out back, quite.
No complaints here, would definitely consider a return stay.
Great central location in Pigeon Forge close to plenty of food and attractions! Gorgeous view off the back porch.
House could use a little updating and a good deep cleaning, but overall great experience.
This house is cute, convenient location and quiet. The size was just right and as described. However, I feel mislead by some of the reviews regarding cleanliness. It was dirty. Ceiling fans and other surfaces were caked with dust. All of the floors around the edges were filthy. The carpets and furniture felt almost greasy. All if the door frames, handles, switch plates need wiped down. There were even a few dirty handprints all over the bathroom wall. I hate leaving negative reviews but I wish I had realized this before booking. With a good deep clean this would be perfect.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to the attractions. It was fairly clean but offered no complimentary items like small shampoo, soap etc. There was 2 dishwasher packets and two hand towels but no dish soap to wash anything by hand. The bed was comfortable. The TVs were old and fairly small. It was a challenge using the remote. All-in-all it was a nice quiet place for a short trip.
We had two couples and the house was perfect. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom.
House was located in a quiet neighborhood that was very close to all the attractions with out being in the middle of the crowds.

Excellent location!
Great place but get there during the daylight as it’s a little tricky to navigate unlined and unlit streets. Property needs some TLC in terms of cleanliness and new mattresses. Was very decorated for Christmas! Santa’s everywhere.
Location was perfect. House could use a deep cleaning, corners. Toilet had a really bad leak, called at 8:00 for repairs, plumber finally come about 7 that night for repairs. But overall it was perfect for a quick get away. very relaxaing sitting on porch and listenting/watching river. THank you!
Place needs a good cleaning. Grime and mold on the bathroom baseboards. Several slats in the window blinds cracked. Something wrong with the seal on the inside of microwave door as it bubbles up when used. The refrigerator temp adjust knob was so worn the numbers could not be read causing every liquid we put in when we first arrived to freeze overnight. Deck furniture filthy-hasn't been cleaned in ages. Could not sit out there to even enjoy it. You would probably be better off renting from a VRBO owner and not a company. Fortunately, though, the location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Would not recommend this property if you are staying longer that 2 nights!
Very nice cottage just outside of the main strip makes it quiet and peaceful but easy to get to all the attractions. would defiantly stay here again!
