This is a wonderful property and everything was very clean and spacious. Close to everything but far enough away to be out of the action so you can relax. Will stay here again.
Cabin is beautiful. There were minor maintenance issues that we discussed with the property management. They were incredibly responsive. Great location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would stay again.
Love the location. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and great for getting out if you are going north toward I-40. We really enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the river on the back deck.
We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us and more. It was very clean and just as expected. We loved the game room and hot tub. The screens were in fairly bad shape on the porches but the bugs weren’t terrible during our stay so it didn’t affect us. I would recommend this property!
The cabin was just as described. The only thing I can think of is to tell prospective renters is the stairs to the lower level (and 3rd bedroom) are a little steep. Very easy drive to the parkway. The pool sticks need new tips ( I meant to stop at wall mart and get some). Thanks for letting us stay!
Property is a little older and outdated but functional and close to everything Pigeon Forge. Had a couple minor issues upon checking in. Only one pool cue was usable, the hot tub was low on water so the jets didn't work, basement shower was leaking very bad and the hot water in the kitchen sink scalded my hands. Day 2 the plummer came and shut off the shower in need of parts (still had 2 usable showers), maintenance filled the hot tub and they turned down the water heater after I let them know it burned my hands. They were attentive to the requests. Overall the place is average and it served our need.
The cabin was infested with racoons living above the ceiling, it looked like they were living there for sometime. The cabin was extremely dirty upon arriving. Restrooms had quite a bit of mold under the shower mats. only two of the three beds had clean sheets.
Where do I start... upon arrival me and my family (6 of us) did a walk thru of the property and was immediately met with all kinds of issues. The property is very outdated The roof on the balcony was falling down which was a major safety hazard and something we couldn't use as it was blocked off after the fact wit caution tape.... once I notified the property manager they wanted to shut the property down and put us out with nowhere else to go after traveling all day and being told we would have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund which was a lie because I was given $50 credit back for the inconvenience the next day. Property Manager was VERY RUDE. We had to sign a waiver to not go on the balcony. Bath tubs were moldy and jets didn't work, stand up shower was moldy and so was the shower curtain, very dusty one of my family members allergies and everything flared up for the whole trip. Stove only has one burner that works. The mold was so bad we had to get a dehumidifier for my sister in law because it was bothering her asthma. Spent most of the first evening with an extra guest which was the maintenance man who was there to fix a fireplace that didn't work. If I could give this place a half a star I would. Whoever is managing the property or owns it needs to do a better job with maintenence and cleanliness and you would think with COVID that it would have been cleaned properly. We spent most of the first night cleaning just to be comfortable enough to stay. Not to mention there was no wifi.. Overall this property SHOULD NOT be rented until it is upgraded, fixed and cleaned properly. We should be compensated 100% and a free vacation for this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I have pics and video to back everything I just stated.
Everything was great! We had 8 people with us (myself and husband, 4 year old daughter, 15 year old son, 20 year old son, mother-in-law, my mom and brother). There was more than enough room and space. We absolutely loved the screened in decks on the back (upper & lower level!). My mom said she thinks we had the best cabin in the whole area. The grill is not very big and no lid. Only thing missing would be a fire pit to make s'mores!
Great property, near main parkway with attractions yet still quiet neighborhood. Comfy.

Family Christmas in the Smokies
This cabin was very spacious enough for our group of 5 for Christmas, although it was not decorated for the holidays. Property management group responded timely to the calls for garbage bags and to get the hot tub to heat properly. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions and restaurants.

Nice but few issues
There were a few issues, tv didn’t work, lack of some supplies, like no paper towels, dish soap was very limited, under couch cushions very nasty! Lightbulbs burnt out, and no internet that I guess I overlooked on The site, guess I assumed?? The staff were excellent and so friendly! Loved the decorations and coziness of the cabin. Just recommend some maintenance and cleaning. Water stains on the ceiling also.

Christmas Splendor!
This cabin was awesome. It was clean, spacious and comfy. It worked so well for my family of 8 during Christmas that we had a splendid time. It was truly one of the best Christmases we've had. One wonderful surprise was that we found a pop up Christmas tree in the closet and it looked perfect. Another great surprise is that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils that we had everything we needed to cook daily. I must say that the only down side that was actually a blessing was no wireless internet in this cabin. It was a very slight bummer, but a positive because it made us spend more quality time with each other. Luckily we didn't need it much and I also had a wireless hot spot with me. Overall I give it a 4.8/5 stars.

Good place to stay
We enjoyed the cabin it was nice with a great view. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was my 3 year old found a pack of cigarettes left from whoever stayed before us. Plenty of room for a family of 7 though.
