We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to check the dryer, as we experienced issues with it taking multiple cycles to dry our clothes. Perhaps a heating element replacement would resolve the issue?Overall, we had a fantastic time and look forward to returning next year!Thank you
We enjoyed every thing about this property. Location was perfect for access to the parkway and all restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge. House was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and seeing the ducks, geese, herons and other wildlife. Very peaceful directly on the river. Will be back next year.
Got in late night in middle of a nasty storm and we were on motorcycles. Could not find property, called late night number. She tried to get us there but the houses are back off the road with markings you cant see in daylight let alone at night. Had to pull into SEVERAL driveways with the Harleys waking up the whole neighborhood. Finally had to walk thru the yards to find property. Looking and feeling like drowned rats were atleast looking forward to the hottub...NOPE. Water was cold and it had no power. Next morning I found the fuse box got power back on, so atleast the 2nd night we would have the hottub waiting on us after riding in the mountains all day...NOPE. The water was up to temp but the jets would only circulate like they do when not in use. So called the office the 3rd morning hoping to have the hottub atleast ONE of our 3 nights...NOPE. "Its not really a hot tub, but a circulating tub, that's the only way the jets work" WHAT ????? We spent alot of extra money for that hottub at the end of our days of riding. Word to renters....beware. Word to the property owners...find a new management for your property.
This was a great location but the house was just ok. The stairs going up to the front door are very wobbly and kind of unstable. Around the front door there were tons of bugs. Also they were inside the house and inside of the kitchen light there was probably 100 dead bugs. The house had several light bulbs out. The outlet in both bathrooms needed to use a hairdryer or something doesn’t work at all. That was a huge inconvenience. Also, on the porch one of the pieces of wood wasn’t attached to the porch which was a little scary since my two year old found it. So I wouldn’t really suggest this to anyone.
Great place for a trip to Dollywood! Very comfortable and exactly like it was described “

Ride in the mountain
Great location, perfect layout for 2 couples. Would have given a perfect score but the bed was warm out . The side caved in making for a not so good sleep.
The covered parking area made it perfect for our bikes.

Horrible
My reservations was wrong we were supposed to stay until Friday got a note on my door we were supposed to check out today had another guest coming in. The dryer did not work. We could not use the pots and pans they were so old and scratched. We had to purchase new ones to be able to cook. The master bedroom TV we could not watch none of the remotes worked. I do not even think the remotes was programmed to the TV. The jets on the hot tub did not work, nor the temperature setting!! The house smells like dogs as soon as you walk in you can smell it. It was the most horrible smell.
