Our stay was great. Location was beautuful and quiet and also an easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was perfect seeing all local sites during the day, then coming back and getting unplugged.
We love this cabin it’s the second time we stayed there. It’s close to all the functions. Very private and clean. We loved the fire pit.
We plan to return in the future.
Cute little house. Very quiet location. Pictures make it seem bigger than it actually is, but was plenty of room for 4 adults. Bit of a walk or short drive to get to the lake.
Very clean, no little outside critters to deal with.
Great view of the lake.
Very relaxing and just what we were looking for.
Great location, close enough to Pigeon Forge but still secluded.
We enjoyed 4 days at the cabin this week. It was super clean and up to date inside. There was just enough room for our family of 5 (11, 9, & 6 ) and dog. The location is great as we had privacy in the mountains and were still close enough to the attractions and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice treat! We tried fishing twice during our stay (you have to walk down the road or drive to access the lake) but did not have much luck. We'd just recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were falling apart/very loose. Thanks for sharing this beautiful cabin with others!
The place was perfect. Very private, great cabin easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg plus a short drive to the National Park. We were very pleased with everything. The cabin was clean and well maintained.
Great little cabin to stay at. We had zero problems. The only thing that could have been better would be having cell service or WiFi but it was great to unplug for a while! Would definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. Beds comfy. Loved the fire pit. We used it every night and made s’mores with the kids. Lakeview pretty away from everyone but yet very close to pigeon forge, we will stay here again. Also management lady was super nice.
This property is wonderful! Very private! The cabin is very clean and updated. The hot tub and fire pit are welcome bonuses. I highly recommend this property!
We loved this property and would stay again! The only quirk is that there is no WiFi, but we were glad to “unplug” from our phones and enjoy each others’ company.
Beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Loved the place! So cute! Beautiful location.
Great family getaway - easy to get to town or hikes
Everything was as advertised with this cute cabin! My teen sons, husband and I enjoyed having a quiet place to chill at after a day of hiking followed by people watching in town.
Note that there is no wi-fi here. They do have a cabin phone and your own cell phone may occasionally pick up a tower, but plan to be without. It's gorgeous out here, so it was a nice break from being tethered to electronics!
Enjoyed the location beds where horrendous to sleep on or shall I say not sleep on and the stocked lake is a pond with fish but wouldnt bite on worms mill worms corn nothing but was a great location and very peaceful
Pros-A peaceful getaway, everything you need, cozy, secluded, very clean.
Conns-Had a little trouble finding it, and the lake is not directly behind the lake as photo looks. Everything else was wonderful

Nice place with potential
Hello! This past weekend we stayed in your cabin 923 Waters View.. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful & has so much potential. However, I would suggest a new cleaning crew, upon arrival we noticed that there was many flaws with the cleaning. A few of these being white stuff all over almost every single one of the windows. (Pictures can be included), very dusty everywhere, the bed in the 2nd bedroom is completely wore down, you immediately sink into the middle of the bed, the sheets feel like sandpaper & to put the icing on the cake there was some type of feces on the floor which we scrubbed up immediately upon seeing it. The dishes were not clean so we didn’t end up using any of them. (Also have pictures). Thankfully this was a weekend without our children and we will make do because we’ve already spent the money. However, if my children would’ve been with us we would’ve taken the loss and gotten a hotel due to many reasons. I noticed that we are charged 130 for a “cabin setup fee” even though this place was not clean upon arrival.would probably stay again if it was cleaned better with some new beds aswell.
After VRBO accepted our booking everything disappeared and our only communication was then with Fireside Chalet cabins. We could no longer see our booking on VRBO. Now VRBO wants us to give them praises. Next time we will book directly through the cabin rental and avoid the $100 fee from VRBO. The cabin itself was nice. Not super clean and the beds are horribly uncomfortable. We did enjoy being in the woods.

No comfort here
This is a very nice cabin, with one major draw back. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the box springs are so worn out the squeak with every move you make. We did not get much rest here. The couch is very outdated, and also very uncomfortable. We came for a relaxing weekend, and ended up with a trip to the chiropractor.
Overall, we really enjoyed this property. It is one of six or seven up a little mountain in a gated community around a large pond. This allowed some real peace and relaxation. You can sit outside with turkeys roaming around and listen to the fountain in the pond. We brought our two standard poodles with us. They don't roam too far away from us and the secluded location allowed them to roam off leash because they couldn't go anywhere and there are no cars/roads near the house!
The house itself is pretty standard. We used the kitchen a lot and found a good supply of appliances and utensils. We did bring our crockpot from home which was nice for making meals while out hiking during the day.
The only complaint we really had was the comfort of the beds. They both felt like innerspring mattresses from the 90's. Granted we are use to a temperpedic at home, but we travel a lot and these were by far the worst beds we've ever slept on. So much so, that we considered buying an air mattress for the remainder of our trip because we had so much back pain in the mornings. If they updated the bed, this property would easily get 5 stars and we'd return next year! Without the beds being replaced, we would not stay again. Just an FYI for anyone else out there who doesn't want back pain!
