Renovated house in the heart of the Port / Port-Joinville - l'Ile d'Yeu

Located in the heart of the Port, 3 minutes walk from the landing stage, all shops and less than 10 minutes from the beaches, in a quiet and emblematic street of Port-Joinville, Rue du Secret.
House (facing South and West), with a courtyard with wooden terrace, completely renovated in 2019, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
With 2 comfortable bedrooms, this bright house is ideal for a family stay.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a 140 x 200 bed and cupboards (chest of drawers / wardrobe).
The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle ... and nutcracker ...
The bathroom with bathtub is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
The bedding, appliances and most of the furniture are new, and the living room is equipped with a bluetooth speaker.
Thanks to its exposure and its geographical location, this house is also ideal for holidays out of season.
In a spirit of rest and disconnection, we have neither installed TV nor Internet.
The household linen (sheets of bath, and cloths) as well as the household, are included.
A deposit of 800 euros payable by check will be requested upon booking and will be returned to you within one month of departure.

améliorations à apporter : poser un détecteur incendie, des serrures aux WC et SDB, un dévidoir papier WC, mettre les modes d'emplois des appareils ménagers à disposition, rectifier l'inversion eau chaude et froide au lavabo, mettre une 2ème poubelle pour le tri sélectif et un luminaire efficace dans le coin repas. Les rideaux occultant les chambres sont impossibles à manipuler et la table est très petite . Pouvez-vous nous expliquer ce que sont les frais supplémentaires en plus des frais de service (95 et 118,80€) ?

Très bon séjour

petite maison agréable où rien ne manque et très bien décorée Rue calme proche du port A signaler un problème de support de tringle à rideau dans la première chambre qui empêche l'ouverture des fenêtres Rallonger les supports permettrait entre autre d'aérer la pièce mais aussi de faire l'obscurité pour la nuit. Weekend prolongé

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Il manque cependant un petit aménagement dans la courette qui permettrait peut être d'y déjeuner ! Mention spéciale au couple qui nous a accueilli avec bienveillance et gentillesse, nous permettant de rester quelques heures supplémentaires pour la sieste de notre fille. Merci !

Location fonctionnelle décorée avec goût à proximité du centre

Jolie petite maison au calme

Jolie petite maison très joliment aménagée / décorée et surtout étonnamment lumineuse ce qui est très agréable. Le salon n'est pas très grand (un fauteuil supplémentaire serait cependant appréciable pour que les 4 personnes puissent être bien assises). L'environnement est parfait à Port Joinville : rue très calme tout en étant à 2 pas du port. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine !

Emplacement idéal au cœur de fort joinville

Accueil chaleureux.L’appartement est très agréable . Très clair. En excellent état. Très bien équipé. Seule déception : l’extérieur qui est vraiment réduit, et ne peut être utilisé comme espace d’agrément.

Superbe maison au cœur de Port-Joinville

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette petite maison dans l’une des plus belles rues de Port-Joinville. L’annonce est très fidèle. La décoration est soignée. La propreté impeccable. Je recommande cette location.
