Situated at the heart of peaceful Beaumont Village this three-bedroom cottage, that sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child (owing to the bedroom configurations), is close to all the estate activities. With complimentary membership to the spa giving free access to the pool, gym and sauna, and inclusive use of all the outdoor equipment available, you can enjoy a healthy and relaxing holiday.

A bright and airy lounge with triple aspect windows host two settees and one armchair around a feature wood burning stove. Double glazed folding doors lead to a decked patio area. With the open plan design, the lounge area eases into the dining area where there is a dining room table and six chairs of contrasting colours to the overall theme.

Adjacent to the dining area, we find a fully equipped kitchen offering all you need for your stay with a breakfast bar island with two stools. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor.

The bedrooms comprise a king-size bedroom with TV and dressing table with an ensuite shower room, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bunk bedroom with fitted wardrobes. We recommend a child only in the top bunk. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower.

The property has a large decked patio extending the full width of the cottage leading to a lawned area. There is a selection of rattan garden furniture and an outdoor dining table.
