Come together at this beach cottage that is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the famous Seaside community! The main living area embraces a welcoming open floor plan. Furnishings include a large plush sectional sofa and cozy chair. The mounted 55" flat screen TV along with a comforting natural gas fireplace set the stage for evening events with your family and friends. It is the ideal living space for simultaneous relaxation and luxury. The nicely equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, including a six burner gas stove top along with ample cabinet space, granite countertops and every item a gourmet kitchen needs! The breakfast bar comfortably seats four, with additional seating for eight at the large farm house dining table. The main floor also features a navy blue and white themed king bedroom with a wall mounted 40" flat Screen TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower.

The romantic upstairs master retreat features a king sized bed in tones of white and sea blue. You can kick back and relax on the cozy lounger chair and watch your favorite TV show on the large 55” Flat Screen TV. The private master en-suite bathroom features large double sinks along with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Next you will find an additional king bedroom with a beach and warm comfortable feel that has a 32” flat screen TV. For the kids there is a separate twin size built in bunk area with four twin beds and two additional twin beds. There is a shared bathroom with double sinks and granite counter along with a shower/tub combo.

The front porch offers a bed swing and some great chairs for your relaxing pleasures. The back porch offers an outside dining table with seating for six, a private pool and separate spa. (during the months of October through May, the pool can be heated for an additional $65/day). There is a wonderful seating space for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful nature that we all love and appreciate in the community of WaterColor. This home is located just a short bike ride from the newly expanded Camp WaterColor recreation area that features a Lazy River! With all there is to do here, don't forget to make time to relax, lay back and sink your toes in the warm sugar sand beaches that make this destination one of the best in America.

ADDITIONAL

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.

POOL/SPA: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat IS NOT available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
