CROMER, TRIMINGHAM on NORFOLK, NORTH Norfolk Coast, near Mundesley, Bacton and Norfolk Broads, Lovely cosy 2 bed caravan. , Lovely Sea and rural views from lounge. Brilliant site with all facilities. On site Swimming Pool, Big club House, Games room, Cafe, Shop.....10 mins from beach, Also 5 mins from Gimmingham Fishing Lakes Perfik!! Cromer is only a 10 minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants, pier with theatre, pubs, supermarket, museums, cinema, amusements, train and bus station.

Week or part week hire...

Small well trained dogs welcomed.

Summary:

• Lovely Site with Clubhouse/Games room/Swimming pool/Restaurant/Shop.
• Sea and Rural/Village views.
• Perfect location for coastal walks, bird watching, golf, fishing or a relaxing or family break.
. Golf club only 20 mins away.
• 4 Berth 2 bedroom Caravan .. ( 1 x double, 2 x single )..
• Fully equipped Kitchen with gas oven, fridge/freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster etc
• Shower room with sink, toilet, and shallow hip bath for children.
• Own Parking space outside and we will be adding a storage box with windbreak, buckets and spades,.
• New Large Viewing and seating decking area
• 10 mins from beach walking.
• Hire price includes gas
• Electric cards available at site office though meter is preloaded with 100 units of electric ; more than enough for Spring/Autumn
• Duvets/pillows are provided but NOT bed linen or towels / Tea towels though these can be provided.
• There is club house and bar onsite which offers meals all day and some form of entertainment most nights though main night is Saturday.
• There is a laundrette and a small site shop for all the basic groceries.
• There is also an Adults swimming pool and a child's swimming pool next to club house and only yards from the caravan. (open whitsun to oct)
• Small well behaved dogs allowed.
• This is a NO SMOKING van.
• £50 Deposit (non refundable if you cancel) required when booking .
• The balance payable no later than 6 weeks before start of holiday.
• WiFi is available from another site but a bit hit and miss. Good voadaphone signal though if you use internet through your mobile. We can supply a PAYG MIFI for internet access if required.

Lovely break away

Lovely clean, comfortable caravan, it was peaceful with a beautiful view of the sea. The caravan is as advertised. There is a lovely onsite cafe open from 8.30-2pm and a heated outdoor pool (we didn’t use this) all in all a great weekend away.

Short stay

Booked this property to fill in some gaps walking the coastal path. Handy position to access the beach and surrounding villages. The caravan has everything required for your stay, including central heating which I didn’t think we would need in May . Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the caravan, not sure it was even cleaned before we visited it which made my wife very uneasy. We cleaned the areas we needed ourselves and let the owner know.

Superb caravan site very peaceful and relaxing

Caravan was modern and clean and spacious . Very comfortable sofas with a reclining chair. Equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. The beds were comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Can not fault it. Ten minute walk to beach was very quiet and dog friendly. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Summer in Trimingham

We had lovely stay in this property. Everything was better than we could imagine. The caravan is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Brilliantly located with superb views. Lovely and helpful owner who gave us all important informations, so we didn't have any problems. I highly recommend this property 😊
