Amazing- fully furnished beachside condo!
*(Condo regulations require a minimum 3-month stay, longer rentals are an option!)* Beautiful as a beach get-away, or perfect for snowbirds! Open the door and you are steps away from the beautiful sand and surf of Cocoa Beach. Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in condo complex built in the 1960s. Cheerful, light and bright interior. Hallway with door allows for a private bedroom/bathroom master suite.
Great location! On quiet and relaxing beach two miles from downtown Cocoa Beach shopping and restaurants! One hour from Disney attractions and Orlando International Airport, and 20 minutes from the Brevard Zoo. Utilities are included. One parking space is provided.
