Plaka, Modern 1-Bed Apartment on Cathedral Sq. CM1

We call this apartment CM1.

Apartment CM1 is located in Plaka, the most desirable inner city address in Athens. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living area and a bathroom. It offers TV in the bedroom and in the living room as well as high speed WiFi.
A third person can sleep on the living room couch (280X210X080).

There are two small steps inside the apartment. One step up when you enter the apt and then one step down when you enter the living room.

The apartment is overlooking the square of the Athens Cathedral, an impressive temple built in the mid1800’s. The bell tower chimes to mark the time.

It is three minutes away from Monastiraki Metro Station and five minutes’ walk from Syntagma metro station.

If you choose to stay in apartment CM1 you will find yourself in the heart of historical Athens and within short walking distance to all archaeological sites, museums and galleries, as well as the commercial pedestrian zone of Ermou and the central flea market.

Numerous restaurants, tavernas and bars to cater all tastes. Organic food markets, fruit and vegetable stalls and all kinds of markets are located around apartment CM1.

You may also access various beaches by public transport. Kalamaki, Aghios Kosmas or Glyfada.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.
