Cozy one bedroom apartment on 2nd story with patio and roof terrace. Quiet area. Walking distance to Sayulita town center. Great place for couples and solo adventurers.

The apartment consists of three spacious rooms (kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom) and a private patio. The roof terrace with great 360 degree view can be accessed via the spiral staircase on the patio.

The property is located in the Tamarindo area, just outside the town center. Tamarindo is a residential neighborhood with a nice mix of Mexican and expat families.

Very nice place

Stephanie and Ruben, very nice, helpful and accommodating hosts. Description and the photos of the property are truly honest and very accurate, no surprises. Hi, we are Sophie and Ruben. Not so long ago we came to Sayulita on a surf trip, and immediately lost our hearts here. We packed up and moved - with our two daughters - and never looked back.
We are originally from Belgium. We've lived for 8 years in beautiful Laguna Beach, California, and now we live full time in equally beautiful Sayulita, Nayarit.

Why they chose this property

We love living here in the Tamarindo area. Still close enough to the beach and the town center, but avoiding the hustle and bustle of the town.

What makes this property unique

Very spacious apartment. Private access to a back patio as well as a big roof terrace with great view.
