Kenai Wildlife Cabin - Cozy log home with mountain views. Pet friendly!
Welcome to Kenai Wildlife Cabin. We are centrally located on the beautiful Kenai Peninsula, overlooking the pristine Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. Situated between Seward and Homer and just outside of Soldotna; we are conveniently located near many of the activities Alaska’s playground has to offer, promising an up close and personal Alaskan experience! Kenai Wildlife Cabin is situated on over 1.7 acres, tucked into a lovely clearing among stunning lush forests and overlooking snow-capped mountains of the distant Chugach National Forest mountain range. Although it's an easy drive from the main road, it feels very secluded – a world away. Enjoy all the amenities of home in our custom log cabin. Guests will enjoy the rustic fire pit and multi-level deck, or relaxing on the porch with an early morning coffee or after a day of sightseeing. Watch the wildlife in the neighboring Kenai National Wildlife Refuge – you may even see a moose wander through the property! Kenai Wildlife Cabin is just a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the world famous Kenai River at Morgan's Landing State Park, where you can fish from the bank.

Cabin is very nice. It is awkward having the shower upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. additionally, the internet was turnoff on the day of checkout although it would have been good to leave it on until the 10:00 check out time. It is difficult when traveling to communicate and we did not receive check in instructions until the day before.
Was a lovely place to stay and enjoy family time! Was a nice little home away from home and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay! The host were great and even made an adjustment so we were able to extend our stay. Loved the property and the view!
Looking for something mid-point from Anchorage, Seward and Homer. This spot was perfect. Everything was as described. Owners are next door should you need them and very quick to respond to a text. The kitchen is well appointed with pretty much what you have in your own home. The coffee and tea were much appreciated! There were plenty of bath and kitchen linens, and the beds were comfortable. TV and WiFi worked great. Awesome decks with great views! This is a very nice little cabin and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Lisa and Randy!
We stayed at this cabin for 4 days. Love the atmosphere, really clean cabin, super cozy and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again. And the view is awesome
A quaint oasis tucked away in the Alaskan wilderness. Extremely clean and well-stocked with many amenities. Beautiful views all around. Host was super helpful and ensured our vacation was stress-free.
This is a beautiful cabin with the best view! Property managers were lovely to communicate with, and this cabin had every comfort of home. We brought the items we needed, but in case you don't, no worries! You'll be well-cared for here.
This was our 3rd time staying here, and it gets better every time! This time there were some new appliances and a new lower deck with a fire pit! Lovely little touches like towels folded into the shape of a bear. Well-stocked kitchen allows you to cook whatever you want (stocked with cookware, not food). Owners are right next door, so they’re available to help if there are any problems (not that we’ve ever had any). Can’t recommend this place enough!
My family and I had the best experience! The cabin was cute and quaint, with a private firepit. Beautiful views off the back porch. The rooms stay nice and cool, which we loved!
Dog friendly and close to Soldotna.
We sincerely wish we were spending our entire vacation with this as our home base. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out inside though it wasn't easy to go inside with that amazing view!!!! The owners were very helpful and generous and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed every minute. This cabin is definitely a favorite and we hope to come back some day!
I wanted my son to feel the Alaskan Experience. This was more than I expected. The weather was great and spent most meals viewing the Kenai mountain range. The rooms were very nice for the cabin and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property owner was very nice and helped with what we needed. The cabin was well located for exploring minutes to the Kenai River, 2 hrs from Seward, 50 minutes from Cooper Landing Area and the Ninilchik Charter for an awesome halibut fishing. Did not leave without fullfiling a once in a lifetime trip. Thanks again Lisa!!!
We had a great stay and the cabin was exactly what we were hoping it would be! The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will keep this cabin in mind for future Alaska vacations.
Location was a little further out than we had expected but the cabin was great! Beautiful, new furnishings, amazing views, great owners that even left us cookies for the kids and dog!! Overall a great stay - we would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Kenai Wildlife Cabins
Wolf Cabin is spectacular! The views of the mountains off the back deck are breathtaking! The hosts are wonderful - helped us identify the activities we wanted to do in the area, and set up reservations for us too! The fire pit is great - we spent a couple evenings gathered around the fire with the hosts and other guests! We plan on returning next year!

We had a really good time at the cabin. It was very comfortable & Lisa most helpful.
We loved the fire ring. It was very well equipped.
It was a very nice getaway for us. We were disappointed that the river was too far away for us. Otherwise it is just a beautiful & very well cared for place. Thanks for making it so accommodating for us.

Great property and convenient location.
The cabin was very spacious and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Lisa is a wonderful hostess. The bedrooms are very large and would easily sleep 6 people.
