Its privileged location allows you to access the beautiful town of Moraira as well as its best beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, paddle courts ... since the town is only 5 minutes walk from the places of interest. The villa has a large plot where you can enjoy its idyllic rural setting. You can park cars and boats with a trailer inside the plot. It has a barbecue.

Because of its great amplitude and its incomparable natural setting you can admire and contemplate nature without leaving the village. It is also ideal for pets. The house has a large living room, spacious kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds and two bathrooms, one complete with bath and one with sink and toilet. The house is nice and cozy.
