We call this loft-apartment LA1.

LA1 is a large, artistic apartment that features original paintings of the artist-owner!

It has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.

LA1 has a large living room overlooking the lovely area of Psirri. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.

This apartment offers free WiFi and a land line (this phone allows free calls within Greece).

The apartment is located:
3-10 minutes walk to the historical part of Athens: Akropolis Parthenon Temple and Museum, Monastiraki, Plaka, Thissio, Filopappou Hill, Agora, Kerameikos Cemetary.

3-10 minutes walk to the Parliament (Syntagma square), shopping areas: Monastiraki, Ermou Street, Kolonaki, Athinas Street.

Other things to note
• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment, at no extra cost. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

Best stay of our month long trip in Greece and Italy! Great location!

We're on the tail end of almost one month of traveling Greece and Italy and Lia's apartment made our stay in Athens one of our favorite parts of our trip. We loved waking up early and being able to go across the street to grab excellent coffee and breakfast and eat it in leisure at the apartment before starting our day. The location was so central to all places that we needed to get to, whether to the marina for an all day cruise, the tour of the Acropolis (of course), and restaurants galore. The only issue we had was connecting to the Internet during our stay. Lia was very good at communicating and trying to solve the problem and ended up refunding us part of our payment because of this issue. We had to check out before our tour for that day ended, and Lia provided us a place to store our luggage close to the apartment. I got to meet her when I came to pick up my luggage, and when she found out that we were renting a car and going around the Peloponnese, she sent me an email with many excellent places to visit that really enhanced our trip in the Peloponnese. I would definitely like to visit again!

Athens apartment

This spacious apartment is located in a great spot right across the road from a bakery (great for early breakfasts) and the beginning of the restaurant and bar scene. Close enough to walk to the action but removed enough that it’s quiet at night. Beds were really comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent - they responded to all my questions leading up to our stay, provided information on Athens, and organized a driver to pick us up at the airport who was friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a base in Athens!

Great artistic home

Loved the stay. Apartment made a good impression on entering with the beautiful wood floors. The art throughout was unique and amazing. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the apt did not have a microwave, but that got us eating the lovely nearby restaurants for every meal.

Quaint Psiri location offers fantastic access to all sights plus nighlife!

The property is in an excellent location in a vibrant residential neighbourhood providing easy access to the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastariki train station, public food market and much more. We loved our stay here and recommend this property. The apartment was clean, easy to access and very large, except the bathroom which is very small but typical for Greece. There are two good sized bedrooms with comfortable double beds and great duvets. The living area is large but sparsely furnished which is fine as it’s an artists loft so lots of space. Layout of apartment is a little odd with small bathroom far from bedrooms and beside kitchen but it worked fine for us. Beware of step down when coming out of bathroom. Air conditioning in bedrooms and fans in living area. Lovely large windows throughout. Have use of cooking facilities and full sized fridge. Evidence of the artists paintings throughout. Great restaurants and bars within minutes walk of the apartment. Property manager, Lia was incredible and she showed us everything we needed and made some great recommendations and fortunately she had some time to walk us through the maze of streets to Monastariki square to get us located. Communication with property manager was excellent and they arranged transfers to and from airport and ferries. We felt very safe as two single ladies walking around the neighbourhood at night. Fantastic bakery across the street and trust the restaurant recommendations listed in the binder provided. A great start to our Greek adventure. I’d definitely return to this property.

Nice apartment, Great neighborhood!

The apartment was very nice. The bed was wonderful. I have a back problem and I slept like a baby , the mattress was so comfortable. The apartment was nice and spacious. The only drawback was the bathroom was small and behind the kitchen. The apartment itself and the location made that a minor issue. The neighborhood, Psirri, is so charming with narrow windy streets and dozens of cafes and shops. The food was fabulous! It is also close to Monestraki Square and transportation to any part of Athens we wanted to visit. We are in the Peloponnesus now, but we actually miss that wonderful neighborhood. We had a great visit, enjoyed the apartment and neighborhood and was able to get any help we needed from The management that we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Caro Brookes

Experiencing Athens

It was first rate. Excellent location. We could walk to all the main sights easily. In the evenings there were lots of excellent tavernas closely. Lia met us and was full of useful information.

good location for bars/clubs

Right in the heart of the city! It is a fantastic location for night people. Bars and clubs are close by. Lots of activity. Our transportation was late picking us up but we're allowed to wait in the apartment for an extra hour or two. It was a good thing too because our ride didn't show up for another hour or two! They were remodelling the apartment next door and we were woken up in the middle of the night with toxic fumes so I took off a 🌟 star. But that is just a temporary set back. It's clean and was close enough for us to walk to everything we wanted to see! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ideally situated in Psiri!

Great restaurants and convenient to major attractions. Unfortunately the AC was only in the bedrooms, and there is construction in the building. Spacious apartment, with attentive landlords to meet, greet and show us around the neighborhood. Would consider staying here in cooler weather.

Well managed and well appointed which assured a great stay for our family

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment which was clean and well appointed. The kitchen made it easy to cook meals and enjoy family gatherings in the spacious apartment. The various staff members who managed this apartment went above and beyond to be very informative and helpful. Apartment is within 1-2 minute walk of pedestrian street of cafes and views of the acropolis; Monistiraki square and metro. We would go back and stay in this same apartment.
