Good location near beach, bus and bakery

Two middle aged couples shared this apartment 5 night stay. It was very comfortable and spacious. We alerted the owner to maintenance issues on our departure, namely a blocked toilet and gas cooktop issues and expect that these were attended to. Our unit was ground floor, some call it a basement, but there was plenty of windows for light and fresh air. The beach was close and bus stop to Palermo out the front gate, made the location near perfect. The restaurant over the road was handy for beautiful sweet treats, pizzas, lunches and gelato.

Great location

Best thing about this place is location! Proximity to the beach, great snorkeling in the cliffs just south of the beach, bus stop (20 min to Pamermo) just outside the house, and great, yet affordable restaurant, in front of the house. Fausto was helpful and responded quickly. Apartment corresponds with the pictures, somewhat dark and half-basement, but fully equipped kitchen and with everything you need. Sofa bed was good, so we used that instead of the hard mattresses in master bedroom (which, however, seems to be Sicilian standard).

Très belle bâtisse avec Emplacement idéal

À côté de la plage de Mondello et à 20 minutes en bus du centre historique de Palerme logement propre très grand avec toutes les commodité très beau jardin bien entretenu pourvoir garer sa voiture à l’intérieur et visiter à pied est un plus je recommande

Bon séjour au bord de la plage près de Palerme

Bonne expérience. Accès routier très facile. Proche de Palerme. Accueil rapide et sympathique. Appartement en sous sol d’une maison avec d’autres occupants, mais accès indépendants. Appartement grand mais un peu sombre. Fermeture des fenêtres à cause des moustiques. Climatisation. Jardin magnifique avec beaucoup de plantes. Garage voiture dans jardin fermé par portail. Très proche de la plage (150 m). Plage très fréquentée, plein de restaurants et de bars. Inconvénient: musiques des bars le soir jusqu’à 1h du matin. Wifi difficile dans une des 2 chambres (trop loin de la box).

Posizione strategica occorre solo attraversare la strada e sei al mare spiaggia curata e mare limpido. La casa grande con un giardino bellissimo - troppe zanzare - Vacanza incantevole
