The space. A warm modern comfortable apartment in the heart of the town with free parking. In addition the apartment is located in the middle of all lovely restaurants and bars in Bolton. This Modern 3 bed room apartment, perfect for singles, a couple or family up to 12 guests.

Guest Access. The apartment has 1 double room with double bed, 2nd double room with double bed, 1 large family room with king size bed , one single bed, a double sofa bed and TV ,2 bathrooms with full sized bathtub. There Are two kitchens in the apartment. Additionally there is also a separate living living room with Smart TV and king size Sofa bed for extra guests.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, cafetière, fridge and freezer. There is also a brand new washing machine as well. There is a high speed WiFi internet and a large smart TV in a spacious and comfortable living area.

Interaction with Guests. My co-host and I are excited to have you in the apartment and would be delighted to guide you around this marvellous area Bolton and Greater Manchester! Our apartment is close yo culture, great restaurants and bars, local nightlife, the University and hospital.
