Beautiful recently modernised two bedroom third floor apartment! Stunning views over ocean and beach! All shops,restaurants bars etc are less than one minute walk from the complex. In addition the apartment boasts a communal pool and the beach is less than fifty metres. Facilities include dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, roof terrace with sun loungers patio sofa and arm chairs. In addition guests have use of the communal roof terrace with use of personal barbecue and four sun beds!

Fantásticas vistas
Apartamento que prima pelas visitas maravilhosas. Tudo limpo e bem arrumado com todas as condições para passarmos umas férias. Os pontos negativos a destacar, foi a churrasqueira que no anúncio indicava,mas não havia no terraço. Não é possível cozinhar e tomar banho ao mesmo tempo pois a luz vai abaixo. Tivemos uma avaria pontual na TV o que nos deixou sem TV todas as férias e não foi possível ter ninguém para arranjar.

Schönes stilvolles Appartement mit malerischer Aussicht
Vorteile: stilvoll modern eingerichtetes Apto, ruhig und sonnig (Südwestterasse), gute Küchenausstattung, toller Blick!!! Nachteile: Elektrowärmegeräte (Herd, Wasserkocher, Badboiler, Spülmasch., Heizstrahler) nur einzeln benutzbar, sonst Sicherung aus. Schmuddeliges Treppenhaus und Gemeinschafts- Schwimmbad unbenutzbar (zumindest im Dezember)
