Manor House
Represents the central body of the Relais where there are also common rooms (including a 99-seat cinema room). It has 8 rooms with refined furnishings in classic style, located on the first floor of the building with a lift. Rooms with sea view, Gradara Castle and park: two single rooms, two deluxe double / twin rooms (one with a small terrace and one with an extra-large bed), four classic double / twin rooms.
Casa Farneto
The three rooms of the Casa Farneto, with independent entrance, and detached from the main body of the Villa, offer a view of the Gradara castle and the surrounding park, captivating guests with the beauty of the surrounding area. At home Farneto you can find two double / twin rooms and one single room. The rooms are furnished in a modern style.
Red cottage
Located at the entrance of the park it consists of four rooms with bathroom: two on the ground floor and two on the first floor (without elevator). The red house is often used by families or groups of friends who wish to stay together, each maintaining the privacy offered by their room. In the Casetta Rossa there are the most interesting architectural solutions, such as the room with the fireplace or the one with a mezzanine, both characterized by a rustic style. Each room offers a fascinating panoramic view of the surrounding park and Gradara castle. In the Red House you can find two deluxe double / twin rooms (one with a fireplace and one with a mezzanine that can accommodate up to four people), two classic double / twin rooms.

Pool
Located in front of the Manor House, it is equipped with all comforts. Its position dominates the entire valley overlooking the sea and the Gradara Castle. At guests disposal dressing room, sunbeds, umbrellas and free towels.
Jacuzzi
Positioned outside, near the pool, it can hold up to 7 people. A moment of profound relaxation accompanied by the magic of chromotherapy which is provided, by the gentle regenerating massage of the water and the emotional shower.

For a game with friends, free for guests.
Fitness
A fully equipped Technogym gym, housed in an old lemon-house, inside the park, in an external outbuilding, awaits guests wishing to spend some time on physical activity even on vacation. Furthermore, the park is the ideal place to keep fit with walks and runs, regenerating in harmony and in the company of nature. On request, possibility of having a yoga teacher, and many other outdoor activities.
