This place was clean and a good location to use trains and buses to get everywhere in Vienna. The washing machine didn’t work, but everything else was fine and the property manager is very polite. Thanks for the stay!
Apartamento muy coqueto, y aunque no en centro, muy bien comunicado con transporte público. Lukas nos ayudó mucho. El lugar muy pacífico, donde reposar después de un duro día de turismo. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig 5 Minuten von einer Straßenbahnlinie entfernt. Das Auto parkt man besten die ganze Woche über in einem der Park&Ride Parkhäuser (ab 5 Tage lohnt ein Wochen-Dauerparkticket, mit dem man nicht ständig anstehen muss). Dazu eine Wochenkarte der Wiener Öffis und schon kommt man zu nahetzu jedem Punkt.
Zur Wohnung selbst. Derzeit stimmen die Bilder nicht mehr mit der Realität überein (den zweiten Fernseher im großen 3-Personen-Schlafzimmer gibt es nicht mehr). Auch sind die Klimageräte nicht auf dem Stand der letzten Fotos, zum Glück war es Anfang Oktober so warm, dass wir weder Heizung noch Klimaanlange benötigten. Die Möbel sowie die Küche sind bereits recht "abgelebt" (gefühlt 30 bis 40 Jahre alt) und könnten ruhig einmal erneuert werden. Der Geschirrspüler fiel fast auseinander und der separate Gefrierschrank ist ein reiner Stromfresser und ist extrem laut (für die Nachtruhe nicht geeignet).
Dem Aufenthalt in Wien gebe ich insgesamt 4,5 von 5 Sternen. Der Wohnung gebe ich 3,5 von 5 Sternen.
