This traditional thatched barn is available for the first time as a holiday home near Canterbury in Kent. Just recently renovated, with a host of traditional features including oak beams, oak flooring and a cast iron wood burner. Tastefully furnished in a modern contemporary style, this Kent holiday home has been finished to an extremely high standard. Just a short drive from the historic City of Canterbury and the Kent coast with towns such as Sandwich, Deal and Whitstable. The Hayloft is a very special holiday home in Kent and would make an ideal destination for long vacations and short breaks throughout the year.

A lovely spacious cottage with everything you need.

A lovely spacious cottage with everything you need. We appreciated the downstairs bedroom and wet room for our 83 year old mother. Local attractions and shops are a short drive away and there are local pubs close by. The outside patio area was also nice a nice part of the cottage to relax and eat. We had a great stay at the hayloft.

We had a great stay at the hayloft. Beautiful property in lovely surroundings which suited the 3 generations of our family. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. Not far from towns and cities - no good if you want everything right on your doorstep but we didn’t mind! Thanks again for a lovely stay.
