The main bedroom has a lovely romantic feel with a wrought iron bed and wooden accessories, ideal for your holiday or short break stay. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, as you enter the apartment and has charming twin beds and a large wardrobe. The generous bathroom has retained many Victorian features. We chose this property because it appeared, from its description, to be baby/toddler friendly. A beautiful, spacious house, although it said it was "ground floor" and didn't mention the numerous steps (around 8) up to the door - which wasn't at all easy with a push chair. The parking space that was supposed to be available also wasn't (again, not easy with a little one. We had booked a cot and highchair and had confirmation of both, but neither were in the property upon arrival, which made for a bit of an unrestful first 'mission' of our so-called holiday. Nonetheless, if you're looking to stay here as just a couple, or perhaps with older children, it's great - great central location, well equipped (including a good laundry/utility room) and a decent-sized fridge/freezer, which was often find is lacking in holiday homes.
