Great view

Lovely homely van, more like a lodge, great view over lake which is full of fish, everything you need for a relaxing holiday, only niggle wife and mother-in-law couldn't open sliding door lock

Lovely setting

The position of this property is great. Wildlife and lake. Lovely and relaxing. Few cobwebs and an odd sock down the side of the single bed. Would recommend this property though.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Caravan could do with some much needed TLC - homeware and maintenance. Had main door and 1 toilet seat repaired whilst there.Awaiting further repair of other toilet seat when we left. Reported a list of repair work/maintenance issues whilst there via telephone to a very receptive friendly staff member. Lovely lakeside position and fishing.

South view Park Skegness

Lovely park, static was clean with good check in process. Lovely site and situated by the small lake so lots of lovely pond life about to see . Really enjoyed it & will definitely be back

Three day break

We arrived late and it was dark . Had to look for the key lock and no lights on at caravan. On entering initial thoughts were it was very cold no heating left on . Had to locate boiler and switch on . Ran out of gas through the night both bottles were empty had to phone out of hours to get someone to bring gas bottle it was done quickly but felt we should have had a spare bottle . The hover was full and the brush full of hair could not pick up . I feel at this time of year the heating should be put on for you before your arrival and an outside light left on .

Property not as expected

Not as clean as should be expected, had to wash pots and fridge out (even found rubbish underneath the bed at time of packing to leave property). It does not look well looked after (lots of broken trims). Located very close to club and this was not stated in advert which meant we had to listen banging music every evening until after 11pm so would be unable to get an early night when we wanted to. Pool complex is a little expensive to say it doesn't even have a full sized pool. The park looks very nice and could be a lovely place to visit but it's a shame that some of the staff where a little ignorant and we had such problems with the caravan. So will not be interested in visiting again.

Nice site

Nice caravan but luxury side of it was let down by the cleanliness everything had not been dusted oven we could not find out how to work and was not very clean also the hob had not been cleaned some of the furniture was in a bad condition.

Really happy with caravan, far exceeded expectations. Nice touch that toilet rolls coffee etc were left. Slight problem with plumbing but didn’t spoil holiday. Lovely spot on the site, nice and quiet with views over lake. Felt very private.
