Heacham break.

Lovely ,clean caravan in a very quiet area of the site.Really enjoyed the stay except the toilet in en suite would not flush unless we took off cistern lid and flushed manually Also couldnt find out how to turn heating on early morning as it was quite cold. Single mattresses really need updating as the springs were absolutely awful.Very uncomfortable for my old bones.

Not the cleanest and very basic

We were only using the van for a couple of days while we were in the area for a charity walk, so we expected it to be basic. However it wasnt particularly clean, the kitchen sink was still dirty and the bowl and drainer had seen better days. The shower cubicle was so small you couldnt bend down to pick up your shampoo. It was freeing at night as there is no heating in the main part of the van and the fire wasnt working (we spent ages trying to figure out how to put it in but I dont think there was any power to it) Overall its a shame as with a little more attention the van could be comfortable

The property not adequate for amount of people it was advertised for

The caravan was advertised for up to 8 people and there was 7 of us, plus two dogs. There was nowhere for dogs to sleep, no space on the floor. What is more important the four single beds were kids’ size. We are not the biggest people but we struggled not to fall out of the beds at night. Although caravan overall very clean, the musty smell of the furniture would suggest that it was not belong clean on a regular basis. Beautiful area and the beach

Great Base for exploring the area.

It was on a very quiet park, stones throw from the beach but also close to main Kings Lynn to Cromer coast road so ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coast.

Very disappointed with cleanliness

All was ok until we went to locate the double duvet for the sofa bed and when we found it there were bugs and filth all over it. Where it was stored was filthy and bugs were crawling over it. My daughter had to sleep with just one of her girls fleeces and my granddaughter had to use just duvet cover. I could only make contact with company next day and they were quick to get it cleaned and thrown out but I had paid £60 for beds to be made up. Today before checking out I noticed the vent window in the kitchen was also filthy. Not sure what the cleaners actually do. Not very happy at all. Will be putting in complaint.

Family Staycation

Overall what you would expect from a caravan holiday. Location of caravan and lack of insulation in the external walls made the noise generated by people returning back after the club house closed was like having them in the caravan with you

didn’t use facilities at park so can’t comment but overall thought the site was in an excellent location, the caravan was lovely and had everything we needed. Lovely holiday in a lovely location. Will hopefully come again

Good for a short stay

Static pet friendly caravan which although clean is in need of a little TLC. 5/6 mins to the beach with an on site shop,swimming pool and club with nightly entertainment. It’s a family park so expect a little noise from the play park until it gets dark.
