Kitchen with full sized oven/hob with extractor over, full sized fridge/freezer & microwave.
Lounge with TV/Freeview, gas fire, double sofa bed & dining area.
Bed 1: Double bed & en-suite toilet/wash basin. (space for a travel cot)
Bed 2: Two single beds
