Stunning views, nice location between some small villages within walking distance, short drive to Buxton. Being very picky we would have liked somewhere to put our dirty boots when walking into the cottage. It's a very nice cottage and we had a great time Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Excellent cottage and very clean and cosy.
Excellent cottage and very clean and cosy. There are no local amenities as such - there's no shop that we found and the pub was closed. However the Pack Horse pub in Crowdecote wasn't far and the food and ale was good, and reasonably priced. Far enough from Buxton to be rural and, provided you have transport, other places are easily accessible. Lovely place to stay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a lovely stay at Jericho Farm.
We had a lovely stay at Jericho Farm. The owners were extremely helpful and the cottage was small but had everything we needed. You can walk right from the door which suited us perfectly. There is no shop in the village so bear that in mind.

Lovely little cottage compact and well equipped.
Lovely little cottage compact and well equipped. Just a bit awkward to get into with a big car from the road, but good parking when you manage it. Barbara the owner very helpful and friendly. Beautiful views across the valley and convenient for Buxton and Bakewell. Had lovely holiday and will probably go back in the future.

Nice cottage.
Nice cottage. An extra shelf in the bathroom would be useful. Information about bin collection, and what can be recycled (and how) would be useful. Also, details of nearest doctor surgery did not seem to be available.
