Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von Mattinata

Wir waren 10 Tage im Casa Giovanni und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, die Gartenanlage und die Terrassen sind schön gestaltet, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt! Auf dem Gelände ist noch ein weiteres kleines Ferienhaus und das Haus der Vermieterin. Man ist aber völlig ungestört. Zum Strand (Kiesel) sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants am kleinen Hafen sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein super Ferienhaus in Mattinata! Auch an das Gebell der Hunde rundherum in den Olivenhainen gewöhnt man sich :-)

Location bien située entourée d oliviers.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison coquette qui correspond aux photos. hôte très accueillante. Tout était parfait. Seul bémol une petite difficulté pour localiser l adresse exacte. On recommande cette location sans problème.

excellent séjour à Mattinata

La maison de Nicoletta et son emplacement est un coin de rêve ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicoletta. Très belle maison, très propre. Entourée d'oliviers, c'est un endroit paisible juste en dehors du centre de Mattinata. Proche du parc du Gargano et du Monte Sant'Angelo, de Vieste et de Peschici, il est facile d'explorer cette merveilleuse région. Un grand merci à Nicoletta. Sylvie

Sehr schöne Casa Giovanni

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die sehr liebe Vermieterin spricht perfekt deutsch und hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Casa ist geschmackvoll und mit allem, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage im Olivenhain und die Nähe des Kiesstrandes, einiger Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fanden wir sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Fam.Masche aus Berlin

Excellent séjour dans le Gargano

Ravissante petite maison avec une belle terrasse sur le toit et un charmant espace extérieur dans une propriété sécurisée comprenant quelques maisons espacées dans une oliveraie, un bel environnement très paisible. L'équipement est fonctionnel avec l'essentiel pour la cuisine et les arts de la table. En revanche, il y a une véritable décoration intérieure, de bon goût. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons pu rayonner depuis Mattinata dans le Gargano et le nord des Pouilles : Vieste, Peschici, Monte San Angelo et même Trani et Barletta.. Une plage de galets est accessible en 7 minutes à pied et d'autres belles plages le sont en une quinzaine de minutes en voiture.

Keurig nette woning, heel schoon maar zeer basic inventaris; misten waterkoker en lucifers

Nicoleta sprak Duits en was gastvrij. Communicatie via vrbo omslachtig. Graag rechtstreeks kontakt via email of telf met host/eigenaar. Basisspullen als peper/zout, olijfolie, liucifers, afwasmiddel en een wasmiddel waren niet aanwezig; alleen fles water met koolzuur

einzigartige Unterkunft im Olivenhain

Ruhig gelegenes geschmackvolles Ferienhaus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Im zweiten Zimmer wäre eine Kommode oder ähnliches hilfreich gewesen. Die entspannte Atmosphäre werden wir sehr vermissen, sodass wir gerne wiederkommen werden.
