Mono Santa Chiara is a small but dainty holiday home for two guests, in an entirely fenced property with another villa, where the owner lives. It`s in Boncore, near Torre Lapillo,
seaside location part of Porto Cesareo, famous for its beautiful
beaches and sea. The studio apartment has a small furnished outdoor area
with wicker armchairs. Pets are not allowed.

relaxing holiday near the sea. It has a double bed, a kitchenette and a
bathroom with shower. It is equipped with accessories such as air
conditioning, fridge and television, mosquito nets on doors and windows
and a barbecue/wood-burning oven.

The surroundings of the holiday home in Boncore
Mono Santa Chiara is in Boncore, in the countryside of Torre Lapillo,
on the coast of Porto Cesareo. The sea with its beaches is 5 kilometers
away, while the city centre of Torre Lapillo, with its amenities, is 4
kilometers away. Some restaurants and trattorias are near the house.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
