Atmospheric houseboat with a view over water

Holiday home on the water ... with an unobstructed view!

Holiday and water, that is always a great combination. Fresh air, nature and beautiful views of the Westeinderplassen.

What can you expect:
At the most beautiful spot in the harbor, fully equipped, such as an excellent bed, smart TV (2x), audio, internet, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, bathroom with bath and shower
1 bedrooms for 2 people with infrared sauna. Parking space available at the marina.

The space

Layout of the ark:

Living area with open kitchen, dining area, comfortable chairs, TV and decorative fireplace.
In the basement: Infra red sauna, toilet, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Adjacent to the living room you have a terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake.

You can really enjoy yourself here.
From the Houseboat you have a beautiful view of the small Poel where you can see and do everything.
Enjoying a drink on the sunny terrace with a view that is constantly changing.
Ducks and other water birds swim, there is sailing, swimming, beautiful skies, the sun on the water. In short, a wonderful spectacle.

And for the colder months:
In the house it is nice and warm (underfloor heating), just nice in the sauna and relaxing in the cozy living room.

All this is possible all year round on this houseboat that is located in a beautiful place in Aalsmeer, at the Kleine Poel. We have our own sloop (Liberty 475 XL) which you can rent to make your holiday even more complete.

Access for guests

The boat is entirely at your disposal and does not have to be shared with other guests.

Other things to look out for

From the Marina parking area you walk across the jetty to the Houseboat.
A 2 minute walk. You can also use a wheelbarrow to take your luggage to the boat. (if not already used by someone else).

For people traveling by public transport: Bus stop for visiting Amsterdam leaves from the village. This is a 15 minute walk from the Marina. You take the bus to Hoofddorp and from there the train to Amsterdam. Costs around 7.50 per person for a one-way trip. Total duration 50 minutes.

Top Location to relax
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit zum Entspannen. Der kleine Balkon/Terrasse war das Highlight des Hausbootes. Bei schönem Wetter, und davon hatten wir genug, könnte man hier gemütlich essen, lesen etc. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das Hausboot ist eine ganz besondere Unterkunft. Alles ist mit Liebe und viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die kleine Terrasse mit dem direkten Ausblick auf das Wasser ist einfach herrlich. Hier kann man entspannen. Einfach super.

Tolles Hausboot mit phantastischer Aussicht
Das liebevoll eingerichtete Hausboot bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Wasser und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht - und darüber hinaus. Tolle Ausflugsziele sind durch die zentrale Lage schnell erreicht und wer es entspannt und ruhig mag, kann mit dem Elektroboot die Umgebung auf dem Wasser erkunden.

Perfekte Lage
Wir hatten eine phantastische Zeit. Das Hausboot ist perfekt gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam und der Nordsee war perfekt - alles ist mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Auch die Bootstour mit der Schaluppe durch die Gärten der kleinen Poel war großartig. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für die außerordentlich gute Gastfreundschaft.

Die Wegbeschreibung mit den Videos war bereits vor der Anreise sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen bekamen wir sehr schnelle eine Antwort per Mail. Der erste Eindruck und der Ausblick aus dem Hausboot über den See war überwältigend. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich und gibt direkt ein heimisches Gefühl. Aufgrund des kurzen Aufenthaltes haben wir das kleine Boot leider nicht genutzt. ABER, wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen, dann jedoch länger.

Der perfekte Ort zum Runterkommem
Das Hausboot ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat eine kleine, aber feine, Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Blick auf den See. Dort zu sitzen und das Treiben auf dem See zu beobachten und das Willkommen-Geschenk (vielen Dank dafür!) zu genießen ist einfach ein Traum. Wir hatten in unserer Woche zweimal jeweils eine Stunde heftigen Fluglärm, während der die Landeanflüge im Minutentakt direkt über dem See erfolgt waren. Danach war wieder wunderbare Ruhe. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wundervolle Woche dort und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Erica war super und es war alles perfekt beschrieben, so dass das Finden des Boots und das Ein- und Auschecken ganz leicht war.

Traumhafte Flitterwochen in Aalsmer
Ein Hausboot mit Charme. Für 2 Personen recht üppig von der Größe her und einfach ideal von der Raumaufteilung. Und richtig schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch, am Ende des Steges und daher von der kleinen, aber feinen Terrasse ein komplett freier Blick über den See. Ab und wann war etwas vom Flugverkehr mitzubekommen. Bis auf kurze Momente, nie länger als eine halbe Stunde führte der Anflug in direkter Nähe vorbei. War aber eher interessant als störend. Und danach wieder Stille pur. Erwähnt werden sollte auch noch der nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern Erica und ihrem Mann. Wir fühlten uns aufrichtig willkommen und so sprang der Funke der Sympathie sofort über. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen wieder. So eine schöne Zeit schreit nach Wiederholung. Besten Dank noch einmal für diese wunderschöne Zeit.

Wunderschönes Hausboot, leider in Flughafenschneise mit Dauerlärm
Das Hausboot ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unter Deck befindet sich das Schlafzimmer, Sauna, Toilette, Badezimmer und Hauswirtschaftsraum. Oben befindet sich das Wohnzimmer eine Kochnische und einen Balkon zum See. Da das Haus das vorderste am See ist hat man freien Blick auf den schönen See und die Natur sowie die umliegenden Segelboote. Das Hausboot und die Aussicht sind ein Traum! Bei Fragen hat sich die Vermieterin immer super freundlich und super schnell gemeldet. Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr viel weniger ruhig, als er hätte sein können. Das Hausboot liegt in der Einflugschneise eines Flughafens und es kommen von morgens bis sehr spät abends regelmäßig Flugzeuge vorbei (sobald ein Flugzeug durch ist, erscheint das nächste am Horizont). Sie fliegen sehr nah vorbei und daher ist es extrem laut. Man konnte also nicht wirklich die Ruhe genießen, was sehr schade war. Da das Problem offenbar schon vor ein paar Monaten existierte, hätten erwartet, dass man diese Informationen im Inserat erhält, bevor man das Hausboot mietet. So hatte man den Eindruck, es wäre nur temporär im Juni gewesen, aber leider besteht das Problem auch im September weiterhin fort.

Wunderschöne Umgebung
Abgesehen vom teilweise starkem Lärm der landenden Flugzeuge ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer Unterkunft, die ganz okay war. Das Hausboot war wunderschön gelegen mit direktem Blick auf den See.

Super endroit pour se ressourcer !
Un magnifique séjour, le logement est très beau, décoré avec goût, propre, très bonne literie, une terrasse avec vue sur le lac.Les habitants très accueillants, sympathique, polis, un savoir vivre que nous avons fortement apprécié ! Fijn huis op een mooie plek
Het was een fijn huis, we hebben de sloep erbij gehuurd en daardoor konden we alles over het water doen, boodschappen uit eten. De verhuurders reageerde snel en goed. Kortom een aanrader.

Das Hausboot ist ein Traum. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig eingerichtet. Durch die Lage am Ende des Bootsstegs hatten wir freie Sicht auf den See. Hier kann man sich nur wohl fühlen.

Do not hesitate - book it!
It happened I stayed at this property during the heat wave this year when temperatures were 95 to 100 Fahrenheit. It was a wonderful place to be during that time -- I spent the entire time out on the deck watching boats. Day trips to other cities like Amsterdam were very easy to do even though I had no car. I used the bicycle to do shopping at the Albert Heijn. Every aspect of this home is fabulous -- so, do not hesitate. If it is available you must book it.
