Very nice apartment T3 renovated, Air-conditioned, with large terrace of 19 m², with a view of the sea and the port.
Wifi access.
Ideally located on Port Fréjus Est (at the start of the marina), 100 m from the beach.
On the 4th floor out of 5, of a luxury building with elevator. Close to all amenities, located in the pedestrian zone.
The apartment is composed of an entrance, a bathroom with bathtub (washing machine), separate WC, kitchen open to living room (sofa bed), with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, etc ... ), 1 spacious bedroom with 140 cm bed (possibility of adding an umbrella bed or 90 cm mattress at your disposal), Second bedroom with BZ.

Un agréable appartement au calme

Logement situé dans une agréable copropriété piétonne au pied du port mais sans les nuisances des restos. Logement agréable, équipé avec du matériel de qualité (cuisine et salle de douche). Il faudrait néanmoins préciser dans l'annonce qu'il n'y a plus de baignoire mais une douche a l'italienne désormais. Situation top aussi bien pour profiter d'un petit dej au soleil, du grand marché du dimanche matin le long du front de mer, et visiter le centre historique de Fréjus. Les chambres sont un peu plus sobre, avec des matelas qui se sont creusés avec le temps! L'hôte à fait appel à une conciergerie puisque n'étant pas de Fréjus. C'est dommage que la conciergerie ne s'occupe pas intégralement du logement. On a fait remonter de petits problèmes de saletés, notamment au niveau des couettes et alèses, sols mal nettoyés + un nombre incalculables de moustiques à notre arrivée, dans toutes les pièces (+ d'une centaine). Ils nous ont répondu ne pas gérer cela et qu'ils sont juste là pour donner et récupérer les clefs à l'entrée et au départ du logement...

Schöne Fereinwohnung mit Achtung sehr kleiner Tiefgarage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im Hafen von Frejus. Sie hat morgens Sonne und einen großen Balkon der allerdings nur übers Eck zum Meer hin ausgerichtet ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut angestattet mit gut funktionierender Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und großem Kühlschrank mit leider nur sehr kleinem Gefrierfach. Die Bettwäsche kostet extra ebenso wie die Endreinigung. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön mit Waschmaschine und separatem Klo. Die Betten sind leider etwas kurz mit 1,60 x 1,90m und 1,40 x 1,90m. Einziges großes Manko ist der sehr beengte Tiefgaragenstellplatz in einer extra Garage mit Garagentor. Unser Seat Leon Kombi hat nur extrem knapp hinein gepasst und das Ein- und Ausparken hat mit eingeklappten Rückspiegeln jedesmal großen Stress bedeutet - für größere Autos sicher ungeeignet. Allerdings gibt es umliegend in etwas Entfernung auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Super appartement au bord du port et à deux pas de la mer

Super appartement spacieux terrasse grande et agréable. La salle de vie est plus grande que ce que l'on voit sur les photos. Tout pour passer une bonne semaine. Le parking un peu étroit mais une place à cet endroit c'est déjà très bien. Merci

Bel appartement au quatrième étage avec ascenseur et climatisation

300m de la plage, vu sur le port et ses restaurants. Garage un peu juste limite pour une routière style 308 et C4 ça passe mais plus grand ça passe pas. Super séjour.

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung in toller Lage

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem modernen Objekt direkt am Hafen. Schöne Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Ausstattung inkl. Klimaanlage und einen sehr schönen, großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette appartement propre, spacieux et très bien situé. A 2min de la plage et des commerces. Le plus reste la grande terrasse et sa vue. Des vacances à un bon rapport qualité prix.

LOCATION SEPTEMBRE 2013

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans cet appartement propre et spacieux. Il répond parfaitement à la description et à nos attentes. La grande terrasse avec vue sur le port de plaisance et la mer est certainement un plus ! Tout le matériel nécessaire est présent. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très cordial. A deux pas se trouvent plage, restaurants, terrasses et magasins. Tout se fait facilement à pied ! Il y a marché les mardi et vendredi et un grand marché le dimanche tout le long de la plage. Le piétonnier autour du port assure calme et invite à la promenade. Nous avons apprécié cette location et la recommandons sans réserve. Nous y retournons l'année prochaine !

très bien

nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cet appartement et nous le conseillons très vivement. L'appartement est très agréable et très spacieux pour une petite famille. la terrasse est également très grande. La climatisation était vraiment un plus pour cette saison. De plus l'accueil a été des plus chaleureux.... n'hesitez pas

LOCATION AVRIL - MAI 2013

nous avons loué cet appartement pour la 2eme année , famille avec 2enfants il est idealement situé , très proche de la plage et des commerces . L'appartement est spacieux,tres propre ,bien entrentenu et bien équipé (lave vaisselle , lave simple ) , nous avons appécié la grande terrasse . Le quartier au port de plaisance est très agreable et calme. Nous avons également pu faire des ballades a la base nature (parfaite pour les enfants car pas de voitures). Nous retournerons dans cet appartement et la recommandons.
