2BR 2BA Unit in Quiet Community with a HUGE Pool & Short Walk to Beach

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The unit itself isn't far from the beach backs to a quiet wooded area where you will be able to relax and enjoy the summer breezes in peace. Located near 104th street, you are close to fantastic restaurants/bars, entertainment and shopping at Gold Coast Mall.

This unit is exceptionally clean and maintained. It has a fully stocked kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat in along with hardwood floors, TVs in every room and of course internet access. There is also plenty of parking!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

My 4th of July family vacation stay was cancelled by the property owner the night before we were supposed to leave because they couldn't contact me to confirm my reservation .I was new to using the app and wasn't aware of needing to speak to the owner to confirm. I received a text at 6pm the night before and I responded yes. Then a phone call at 8:45pm from him. He was irritated that he couldn't get ahold of me. Once confirmed I get another call saying my card was declined. My card blocked the payment and I wasn't able to call them due to everything being closed for the holiday. He told me he would give me until 9am the next day to give him a new card number over the phone. I asked for a secure link to pay and he said no and he would have to take it over the phone. I tried again and it declined so then he just cancelled my reservation, even though he just got done telling me I have until 9am the next day. Extremely unprofessional! Then I see that my card was charged $101 fee which I had to jump through hoops to have refunded. I do not recommend dealing with these people at all!!!

Our place at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five star. Great space, great location, and management was a big help. Quiet, awesome pool, close to shopping and restaurants. Beach a block and a half away. Would highly recommend to everyone. Would book again in a heartbeat.

It was in great distance of many activities and was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The only issue we had was with the wifi, it did not allow us to use the TVs for two days.

Nice place equipped with all necessary needs for a traveler. Kitchen with pots and pan, dishes and silverware etc... This place is well maintained, cleaned and serviced with a central air system. Two bedrooms and a Livingroom, a back porch, washer and dryer available. Also is a few minutes away from the Beach. Feel like home very much..

Perfect location

Just a short 2 block walk to the beach. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well as 2 grocery stores. The pool is very large for those days when you want to be in the water but not necessarily on the beach. There is a stop for the "beach bus" at the end of the block for getting around without having to drive. Overall this place was everything it needed to be and maybe a little more.

We enjoyed our week at this property, short walk to beach and swam in the oversized olympic pool daily after beach. Place was plenty roomy and loved the screened in porch-very large. AC worked great, bathrooms perfect size but would only complain of queen bed was too hard for me-rough sleep. check in was easy with lock key on door. Upon arrival was disappointed on cleaning crew-floors not swept-1 shower still dirty and not dusted. rooms not vacuumed. We did report this however. Overall I would rent this unit again.

Relaxing in OC

We had a great time at this property. It was the first time I had stayed bayside and it was very relaxing. The large pool was well maintained and the balcony of the room faced a nice wooded area so it was shaded and very cool. Perfect place to relax after a day in Ocean City.

Beach stay Our Place at the Beach

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable stay at this condo unit in North Ocean City but cleaning co not doing their job. Found boys dirty underwear under the comforter and trash under bed in Master BR. Also does not have garbage disposal so had to scrape food scraps into trash can to ensure drain in kitchen not clogged. Not all guests practiced social distances or wore masks but unit was very quiet.

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaints are the AC wasn’t as cool as we would like. We were told not to put it down under 72 so we didn’t. The bedroom with the two single beds was extremely warm. The ice maker did not work the entire time we were there. We loved the screened in porch, pool, and beach chairs that were provided. Thank you for a great time. We will come back to 204!

Ocean City Rental

We had a great time at this property, condo was clean, and location wasn't far from the beach which was great. We were on the Bay side, the ocean was 2 blocks from the unit so felt like we had the best of both worlds. This unit had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and rent again.

Summertime Fun

Shirt walk to the beach, nice big pool, tons of things to do & tons of places to eat at not far from the condo. Condo was clean except a few things were missed, behind the couch & under the couch. Light bulb burned out. Couldn't get the tv to work in the living room, but the property managers were easy to get in touch with.

Ocean City, MD trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were reluctant to rent property due to owners not providing linens but since we planned our trip at the last minute, there wasn’t many options. It the linens weren’t provided due to health concerns from covid then shower curtains, blankets and pillows shouldn’t have been provided. Upon checking in we found the hallway bathroom’s shower/tub dirty with a used bandaid in it. We notified the owners and sent pictures for their records. The day prior to leaving, 25 hrs before checkout, we contacted the owners to see if we could get a late checkout due to having the extra linens and things to pack up however, they never responded. The day of checkout my wife and I were up around 6am packing and the three kids woke up at 8:30 and started helping, too. The cleaning crew knocked on the door at 10am as we were finishing sweeping and making sure nothing was left behind. I told them we were almost finished and would be done in about 30-45 mins. The owner showed up at 10:10am and felt it necessary to preach to me that I should be gone and he was charging us an additional $25 for every 30 mins until we were finished. This took place outside in the parking lot with all our belongings sitting by our vehicles and I simply told him that everything was just about done and that I wasn’t going to stand there while he talked considering it was costing us approximately $1/minute. That was very strange behavior from him to feel it necessary to continue preaching to me about the checkout time and why we need to be out but some people are naturally miserable. My wife was sweeping and doing a final walkthrough at the time with doors locked at 10:35am. We’ll definitely never utilize Benchmark Properties again and stick with Surfside/Murrell’s Inlet SC and Outer Banks like we always do. The energy/frequency and vibes in both those locations are way happier and more appealing than what we found in and around Ocean Cit

Great vacation rental

Condo was exactly as listed. Clean, and everything worked as it should. The screened porch made for a nice sitting area that was free of biting insects. Short walk to the beach and surrounding stores. Dave and Rhonda at Benchmark property services are really on point with their game. Communication, check-in/check-out, cleaning, everything was spot on. Will definitely use Benchmark Property services again. Thanks Dave and Rhonda!!

Perfect for our Family

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment is spacious and the layout different spaces to hang out. The location is great: 2 blocks from the beach, so close to the bay we walk to the end of the street and watch the sunset each night, walking distance to churches and the grocery store. The unit was clean and supplies for cleaning were a bonus. Screened porch for evening dinners. We booked one week and booked a second week after being there only 2 days. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back.
