The house is located a short walk from the main bus station in an area that has been recently voted the 5th coolest place to live in the UK by The Times paper and the 6th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Timeout Magazine. It lies between two areas Stokes Croft and Cabot Circus. Stokes Croft and the Gloucester rd are jam-packed with local, independent shops, cafes and restaurants there are so many great places to explore my favourite spots are Poco for amazing Tapas, the new place to go nadu for a taste sensation (if you can get a table!) or grab some food at the canteen check out the Banksy and other famous street art before catching live music every night from 8pm followed by late night dancing at no. 51, or the Love Inn till 4am!. This whole area is full of street art and has the most independent shops of any street in the country. Cabot Circus on the other hand is the new modern shopping centre with a huge selection of designer shops, chain restaurants and a Cinema du Lux. A short walk past the Bus station and the infamous Bear Pit is St Nicholas market which has some of the best lunch spots in the whole of Bristol, I recommend every place in the market so go explore and see what you fancy, from here you can walk around the whole harbour area, visit the SS Great Britain, check out Cargo independent container shops/restaurants and the M shed Museum.

Great base for a Hen weekend in Bristol
The house offered plenty of space for our group of 15. There was space to socialise together and share meals. The bedrooms were generous and had flexible configurations for double / triple occupancy etc. The kitchen had a big fridge with an ice machine, a big hob and all the equipment you might need for catering a large group. With a little organisation, there were enough showers to get everyone through and ready for days / nights out. The location is part artsy- bohemian, part outright scruffy, but it is very central. We were walking distance to bars, restaurants and the harbourside. Adam the owner has been super helpful throughout the booking and Kelvin who checked us in really went the extra mile and took in our Tesco delivery when we’re running late. All in all a great, well equipped base for a Hen weekend in Bristol.

Amazing Property and Great Host
Just as advertised, the house was clean and tidy. The host had lots of essentials included such as towels and bedding for everyone. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of communal space in the kitchen, outside and also a living room upstairs. The check in process was seamless and quick. Well done!

Great Location
Great location - walking distance to everything so no need for taxi/Uber. Within 5 minutes walk found bars, cafes and restaurants. Fitted 19 of us comfortably. Great hosts and instant replies. Didn’t have any noise from outside despite being so close to town. Would recommend for those wanting to visit Bristol

Perfect for a large group looking for a central location
Adam was a fantastic host and had someone there to meet us at the property and show us round. There was a group of 17 of us and the house was more than large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. It's not the flashiest place, but absolutely perfect as a base to grab a bite and rest your head after a day of activities! Great location too as you can walk to the harbour in less than half an hour. Parking wasn't an issue either as we were there over the weekend when street parking is free. All in all I would highly recommend for stags, hens or simply a large group of friends or family.

The perfect house and location for large groups!
I have just got back from my weekend staying at Adams townhouse on a stag do with 21 people and it was absolutely perfect. Adams communication through the entire booking process, lead up to the weekend and during the weekend was brilliant. He replied to every question, checked in with me on the Saturday, and was only a message away if we needed anything. On arrival we met with Kelvin, who had arrived at the house early due to us being on an activity and very kindly took our Tesco delivery in and put it into the fridge and freezer which we massively appreciated. The house itself is in excellent condition, all the rooms are huge with plenty of room for 22 people to sleep and 3 bathrooms spread across the floors. The location is perfect to walk into the main high street filled with independent shops / bars / cafes etc in a very safe area. Myself and all of the guests loved our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a great home in a great city!
