About this property

Fantastic new southwest villa located about 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains! The unit features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage. Newly furnished and tastefully decorated. Access is easy as guests received codes to access the unit and check in/check out is a breeze.

Relax on the shady, north facing patio after your day of adventures.

There are two full baths upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. This unit is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. The kitchen can accommodate up to 16 people with plates and seating. There is salt, pepper, sugar, flour, and some spices.

A starter pack of amenities is supplied but not replenished during your stay. When you arrive, the condo will be stocked with 6 dish pods, 6 laundry pods, 2 sets of paper towels, 4 trash can liners, mini trash bags for each trash can, 2 toilet paper rolls in 3 bathrooms, some shampoo and bar soaps, liquid dish soap, and liquid hand soap.
Twin air mattresses and extra blankets are provided.

Great Quiet Place to Stay

We (two adults and one 12 yo) enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and it was a great base to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

Great Getaway!

Great condo for 2 families

We had a great stay at the condo in Moab. This new property had everything we need for 2 families to stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything from dishes to towels and extra bedding. It was a great stay with lots of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean and Spacious Condo

Everything about this place was fantastic! Very clean, lovely decor, spacious bedrooms, beautiful view from the front and back, and even comfortable beds. The two car garage, two refrigerators, and washer and dryer were very convenient. Host was kind and helpful and so quick to communicate with us with a date change we requested. We had an excellent stay!

The condo was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with finding the actual address and the auto key system to get in but once resolved we were fine. The bedroom at the back needed more air conditioning or a ceiling fan since it was very hot during our visit to the area.

Great property for our mountain biking trip

This was a great place. Plenty of space for our large group with plenty of dishes and towels for us. We loved having a garage to lock our bikes in. Hot tub and pool were nice after being out all day. Good price and value!

Great family getaway spot!

Cindy, the owner was amazing and super accommodating and friendly. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We will be back! Garage was big, so we could keep both cars and toys out of the sun! Awesome!

Riding in Moab

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for our motorcycle riding adventures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area, Spanish Valley is very scenic. Enjoyed hiking in the parks, eating at the restuarants and of course, riding the bikes.

Great condo convenient to Moab and National Parks"

Our party of five found this condo to be clean, comfortable, well decorated and equipped, and convenient for visiting the nearby national parks. It was great to have a garage to pull in to and unload luggage and groceries as well as to avoid getting wet on the two days it rained. We certainly would return if we are back in Moab.

Moab Condo

We had a great stay and in this 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds. Great views of the mountains. It’s on the very far south side of Moab, but that made it that much more quiet. Although the weather wasn’t conducive, there was a great pool just across the street. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay in Moab

My family didn't want to leave, we had such a wonderful stay! The property location and amenities are fantastic. The bedrooms all have a very thoughtful setup and are very comfortable. My husband appreciated the large garage and driveway.The kids loved playing at the park and pool just a few steps away. Cindy is an excellent host and very easy to get in touch with. Can't wait to come back!

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and I have been traveling down to Moab for the last 10 years. I love the red rocks and all the activities that Moab has to offer. In 2007, I started hiking and camping around Moab and Southern Utah. In 2016, I started canyoneering and I would recommend it to everyone!

This is my second home and I try to keep Adventures in Moab stocked well with spices and kitchen equipment. I hope you enjoy your stay.

I work full-time in Salt Lake City and also enjoy getting out on the weekend. I try to provide excellent service, but please be patient with me since I might be delayed in responding.
