Stylish 'finca in a beautiful setting

This is a unique place that reflects the beauty of Formentera in every way; from it's quiet location lined with dry stone walls, the sound of the sea, and the most authentic finca that has been brought to life with gorgeous styling. We loved all the little details in the house and the thought and care that had been taken to present it. On a practical level this finca worked well for a family of 5 and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen is easy to use and lovely for meals. The outdoor spaces are nestled into the finca and nature. A grapevine shades and provides the sweetest grapes for eating on the front terrace. There is an outdoor shower which we used all the time instead of the indoor showers. The property has no nearby neighbours so it is very private. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes drive on the main road at the junction where you turn to drive to the house. It has everything you need and has the best bread and fruit we had on the island. We will definitely return to stay here - it is an experience not to be missed. Viki was on hand to help with anything and very sweet to greet us and show us her beautiful house.

Home sweet home

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette incroyable maison, pleine de charme et d’authenticité. La rénovation est parfaite : la maison a gardé toute son identité tout en ayant tout le confort nécessaire. C’est très propre (et le linge sent très bon la lessive). La propriété est un have de paix, en pleine campagne et à 2 minutes de la mer. La localisation est parfaite ! Merci à Viki et à Maria pour leur accueil très chaleureux et leur disponibilité ! On se sent tellement bien dans cette maison et sur cette île, que l’on n’a pas envie de repartir.

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos, la casa es preciosa, amplia, cómoda, acogedora y muy bien equipada. Viky es un encanto de persona que nos ha facilitado todo durante nuestra estancia, dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda alguna, cuando volvamos a Formentera repetiremos estancia!

A peaceful island haven

This house was the perfect setting for the relaxing August break we needed. No plane noise, car noise and total privacy - the house transports you back to a simpler time. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful stay in one of the most beautiful parts of Formentera. You are a short walk from the water (rocky entrance) and a ten minute drive from world class beaches. You are spoilt for choice. Our only wish would have been that we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful Formentera

La casa nella quiete

La casa è perfetta per chi cerca quiete e natura; è infatti nella bellissima campagna di cap barbaria. Arredata benissimo, completa di tutto quanto necessario, tutto nuovissimo, piatti, bicchieri etc, così come lenzuola, asciugamani etc. Si gode di un silenzio e di una pace unici. Sicuramante non adatta per chi vuole la formetera rumorosa e festosa. Ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per arrivare a Sant Francesc. Viky, la proprietaria è stata fantastica, gentile, accogliente, ci è venuta a prendere al porto e ci ha riportato. Sicuramente da toranare!!!! Non posso dire lo stesso di Homeway che mi ha creato non pochi problemi, fornendomi un servizio clienti tra i peggiori che abbia sperimentato e cancellandomi, senza che nessuno l'avesse chiesto la prenotazione a due giorni dal soggiorno.
