The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room kitchen, bathroom and terrace with sea view. WiFi and smart 40 "satellite TV. The complex also has a wonderful communal swimming pool and a restaurant with international cuisine. Located above the gallery with lots of shops and a well-stocked supermarket just 20 meters away. The view from the terrace is on the immense Playa de Jandia, located in the southern part of the island, here the climate is milder, sometimes 2/3 degrees higher than the northern area which is usually windswept. You can enjoy more sunshine as well as having most of the great beaches just a few minutes away by car.

Apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room kitchen, bathroom and sea view terrace. The complex also has a wonderful swimming pool and an international cuisine restaurant. Above the gallery with lots of shops and well-stocked supermarket just 20 meters away. The sea view is on the great beach of Jandia, located in the southern part of the island, where the climate is mild, sometimes 2/3 degrees higher than the northern area which is usually windswept. You can enjoy the sunshine as well as the most beautiful beaches just a few minutes away by car.

1 Woche "Sommer im Winter". Man konnte im Meer baden, sich in die Wellen werfen. Es war von der Temperatur Anfang Januar optimal, tagsüber 23 Grad. Vom Appartement nur 3 Gehminuten zum Strand.

Helle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung
Es hat uns im Bezug auf Lage Super gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr nah, zu Fuss erreichbar. Läden, Restaurants etc. Wir waren im April da. Für Hochsommer würde ich mir noch eine Klimaanlage wünschen.

Myself and my husband spent over 7 weeks at the apartment. Our daughter joined us for a few days. It is a short walk into town, which has a lovely seafront. Thought the Bodega restaurant and Casa Mansa the best in town. China Town and La Sirena were very good below the apartment. The balcony has a great view with sun all day. We found the apartment fine for 2 people but would be too cramped for 4. The swimming pool would benefit greatly if the bar was open with some music to add to the atmosphere.

Sehr schönes Apartment
Ein sehr schönes, wohnliches und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattetes Apartment. Man ist in ein paar Schritten am Strand, es gibt einen Pool in der Anlage, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt unter der Whg. . Die ganze Organisation inkl. Check-In läuft unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Bis auf die auch nachts nicht immer nicht ganz leise Straße ist also wirklich alles perfekt.

Nichts für schwache Nerven
Das in die Jahre gekommen Appartement ist gut ausgestattet Der kleine Balkon liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße von Morro Jable Der Lärmpegel ist Tag und Nacht hoch Die Lastwagen und Reisebusse donnern vorbei Lediglich zwischen zwei und fünf Uhr morgens war es etwas erträglicher Durch fehlende Klimaanlage musste man die Fenster geöffnet lassen Natürlich wussten wir das es am Boulevard nicht still ist aber diesen Horror wollten wir nicht zwei Wochen ertragen Nach drei Nächten haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht Der Vermieter hat uns einen geringen Teil zurück überwiesen Dieses Appartement können wir nicht guten Gewissens empfehlen
