We introduce you to the Villa "Cala Canyelles", a modern and avant-garde style house that offers a balance between sophistication and practicality.

Located in a unique region of the Costa Brava, the residential area called "Cala Canyelles" is considered a geographical paradise because of its natural surroundings and its spectacular beach. It is a very calm and quiet urbanisation that offers tranquillity but at the same time there is all the services that you can think of available for you. A big variety of restaurants to taste exquisite Mediterranean dishes, bars, aquatic sports and one of the most beautiful beach where to enjoy your holidays calmly.

The Villa - Accommodation

One of the great advantages of the Villa is its great ADAPTABILITY. We can offer 3 different packages depending on your needs:

- Option up to 14 guests max (5 rooms with bathroom) * Minimum 4 nights from 03.07 to 21.08
- Option up to 22 guests max (9 rooms with bathroom) *Full house

* Please note that the rental per rooms is not available and that your booking allows to use the facilities for the guests only, meaning that you will not be sharing the facilities with other clients.

For those who are sporty people, be aware that you can also enjoy a fabulous yacht club and practice several water sports on the beach, there is also a swimming pool, fitness and for racket lovers, you can also enjoy your favourite sport on our tennis and padel courts next door, in the facilities called “C.E. Canyelles Sports Center”.

Services and communal areas

The Villa has 550 squared meters and is completely refurbished on a plot of 2000 squared meters within the residential area of "Cala Canyelles". With swimming pool, garden and private parking, it is the ideal space for families with children.

The house has 9 large bedrooms (with full-equipped bathroom, TV, 3 of them are suites with bathtub), and can comfortably host up to 22 guests.

All the rooms have an independent air conditioning system and connectivity in all beds and rooms (USB, HDMI).
The Villa also has a large living room with projector, TV and piped music. The kitchen is fully equipped and has two terraces and an indoor and outdoor dining area.

On the first floor we find the house entrance and a large living room of 60 squared meters equipped with a projector and TV. The living room has access to one of the terraces and views on the garden and the pool. The living room gives way to a large kitchen of 40 squared meters which has a table of a capacity for 18 people. The kitchen exits to two terraces, in the same outdoor area, near the table, we have available a nice barbecue made of bricks, located in front of the pool. In one of the terraces there is also a large table, ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors.

On the first floor there are also 4 of the bedrooms of the house: all of them are double rooms, with full-equipped bathrooms, wardrobes and natural light.

On the ground floor we have the remaining 5 bedrooms: 3 are double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms. The rooms on the ground floor also have fully equipped bathroom and wardrobes, but also all of them have an outdoor terrace that overlooks the garden just in front of the pool.

On the ground floor and outside, surrounded by plants and palm trees, there is the pool. Its size is 13x7 meters, it is all fenced to ensure the safety of our guests and it also has a set of outdoor tables and hammocks that you can enjoy and chill in. There is also a full-equipped bathroom that is accessible from the pool area.

The kitchen is modern, large and counts with all the equipment necessary of the greatest quality (kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, coffee machine...).
There is an outside room, behind the Villa, where you can find two washing-dryer machines and enough space to hang the clothes.

The Villa has parking for you with capacity for 8 vehicles, highly valued in summer season due to the strong demand for parking spots.

Less than 100 meters away from the house, we find the “C.E. Canyelles Sports Center” where you will find tennis and padel courts, restaurant, gym and water sports/activities on the beach.

All double bedrooms can be replaced by two single beds if requested in advance.

The house has cradles and high chairs for children at your disposal.

POLITICS AND ORGANIZATION
- It is a condition to organize the check-in, to receive all the IDs/passports at least 48 hours before the check-in to register all the clients.

- It is a condition to accept the check-in, that the owner of the reservation is present and pay any supplement or reservation prior to entry (tourist tax, reservation payment, etc...), otherwise the group must wait.

- Payment of the tourist tax of €1 adult/night


Cala Canyelles

Cala Canyelles, surrounded by cliffs full of pine trees, is a beach of thick white sand, about 400m divided into two by some rocks.

The beach has at your service: showers, toilets, water sports, rental of sun beds and umbrellas, surveillance and lifeguard in the summer season and a small playground with swings and slides for children. Thanks to all these services and the cleanliness and quality of its waters, Cala Canyelles has been awarded with the distinction of the blue flag.

Costa Brava

Located in the province of Girona, the Costa Brava has a coastline of more than 200km that goes from Blanes and is extended until Portbou, on the very border with our neighbour France.

The Costa Brava stands out for its pleasant Mediterranean climate, for the colour of its waters and for the great coves hidden between cliffs. It is surrounded by nature, vegetation, accessible by the sea or through the breath-taking coastal paths that surround the coast which you cannot miss out.
