Brand new luxury Villa Barmel with 4 private apartments was built in 2019. It is located near the shopping mall "Pula City Mall".

This ground-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a private bathroom.

The city center is within a walking distance (15 minutes of normal walking). Popular beaches Pjescana Uvala and Verudela are 5 and 6 km away.

On the other side of the ground floor, there is a flower shop (completely separated from the apartment).

The apartment is furnished with quality furniture, air-conditioned rooms, a fully equipped kitchen.
