About this property

One Lazy Duck, Heacham, Norfolk

A super smart detached bungalow only a five minute walk away from the beach. Beautifully styled, One Lazy Duck is an absolute gem of a holiday property. And you can bring a couple of your four-legged friends along too - perfect!

Named after the ducks that frequent its front garden, this lovely property is conveniently located on the edge of the village on a small cul-de-sac set just off the road to the local beach. One Lazy Duck is a mid '90s detached bungalow that has been completely revamped and now offers fabulous open-plan contemporary living that flows around one side of the property with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the other side. Comfortably furnished and very well-equipped, every little detail has been thought of to make sure your holiday is complete and worry free. The sunny rear garden is totally enclosed, so you can relax knowing that it's safe for both children and dogs to play.

One Lazy Duck is a great holiday destination for couples, families and friends to enjoy around the year. Heacham is a pretty coastal village with excellent local amenities, and makes for a great base if you want to get out and about exploring coastal and rural North West Norfolk. There's always plenty to see and do - making sandcastles or trying your hand at some water sports on a choice of fabulous local beaches. Enjoy lovely walks on the Peddar's Way and North Norfolk Coastal path, birdwatching at nearby nature reserves, visiting a country house or two (both Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are close by) or take a tour around Norfolk Lavender. If you are a foodie and eating out is your favourite thing, you are truly spoilt for choice.

Good holiday home.
A very good property in excellent location which afforded us many walks along the sea front. In a good location for trips to surrounding towns and countryside.

A lovely spot from which to explore North Norfolk
We had a lovely stay, One Lazy Duck is in a great location, we could walk to the beach at Heacham and it was a good location from which to explore the rest of the North Norfolk coast with our two dogs. There are loads of great dog friendly pubs, serving excellent food. I would recommend.

10/10 Excellent

Very high standard of accomodation. Good location for seeing the north Norfolk coast.
Lovely property, very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the patio due to the different levels, stumbled a couple of times as you can't see the levels change due to the slabs being all the same colour. Needs a light near the garage for when arriving home in the dark. Otherwise would stay here again and again. Excellent.

A very well equipped and furnished bungalow.
Really enjoyed staying at The Lazy Duck. It is very conveniently situated for the beach and buses. The decor in the bungalow is very decadent , and I love their choice of colours. Lovely private garden, and good garden furniture. Also had lovely weather.
