La casa è bellissima con un terrazzo molto ampio. Eravamo in due, ma lo spazio è sufficiente anche per quattro/cinque persone. Posizione ottima per visitare la Sicilia occidentale. La signore Piera poi è molto gentile e disponibile.

Sehr gepflegt, sauber, angenehme Vermieter. Der Ort ist eher etwas für Ortskundige. Ärgerlich das die Klidmaanlage extra kosten sollte.

"Das war unsere esrste Au...
"Das war unsere esrste Aufenthalt in Sizilien und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer ruhigen Priwatstrasse (nur paar hundert Meter vom Dorfmitte entfernt), ist sehr gemühtlich und super ausgestattet!!!! Es gibt sogar viele Spielzeuge für kleine Kinder, von denen unser 2-jährigen Sohn begeistert war. Piera und Ihre Familie sind nett, immer hilfsbereit. Die Nachbarschaft spricht deutsch und beantwortet gerne alle Fragen. Balestrate hat gute Bus-, Zug- und Autobahnverbindungen mit anderen Städten. "

Casa molto bella pulita e confortevole base di partenza per visitare la bellissima sicilia
Abbiamo passato 12 giorni a casa di Piera e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa pulita, ben accessoriata, confortevole insomma proprio bella. La terrazza esterna poi è quel qualcosa in più che la rende ancora più interessante. Il mare nelle vicinanze della casa non ci è piaciuto molto ma è bastato spostarci di un chilometro per trovare spiagge e mare bellissimi. Piera e i suoi genitori si sono rivelati padroni di casa impeccabili e sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta o consiglio su come e dove spostarci per visitare le bellezze della Sicilia o anche solo per scambiare due chiacchiere.

Appartamento fantastico!
Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento la settimana di ferragosto insieme al mio ragazzo, la casa è accogliente e pulitissima, fornita di qualsiasi cosa di cui si possa avere bisogno, è molto fresca e il terrazzino è sempre ventilato. Dalla casa si può tranquillamente raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi cosi come il corso principale, dove si possono trovare i vari negozi e locali, il paese è il punto ideale da dove partire per esplorare le migliori spiagge della zona. La signora Piera e i suoi genitori sono stati gentilissimi, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza o consiglio, ci hanno persino dato la possibilità di rimanere piu a lungo il giorno della partenza lasciandoci a disposizione la casa anche fino al pomeriggio. Consigliatissimo!

Semplicemente perfetta!
Sono appena tornato dalla Sicilia, la mia prima volta in questa bella terra.Il mio soggiorno nella casa della signora Piera è stato fenomenale,dall'accoglienza familiare (i genitori sono carinissimi!) al confort dell'appartamento,molto ampio e pulito.Super accessoriato e molto tranquillo. L'ospitalità e l'ottima c...
L'ospitalità e l'ottima condizione dell'appartamento non possono che meritare il massimo dei voti. La signora Piera si è dimostrata da subito molto disponibile nei nostri confronti consigliandoci sul da farsi e dove recarsi in visita. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e se nel caso aveste bisogno di qualcosa basta chiedere. The apartment was very co...
The apartment was very conveniently located in a quiet street just off the main shopping area. There was a beautiful view of the blue ocean from the roof terrace and dining veranda. The apartment was very clean. The tiled interior kept the apartment cool which was much appreciated in the heat of the day.

La cordialità della propr...
La cordialità della proprietaria e sua famiglia scaldava il nostro cuore. L'appartamento è bellissimo e ben attrezzato di tutto di cui si ha bisogno. Sul tetto a terrazza si puòi prendere il sole; l'abbiamo fatto spesso. Per di più Balestrate è un bel punto di partenza per visitare Palermo,Monreale, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, Lo Zingaro e altri luoghi interessanti. Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane in questo appartamento e speriamo di ritornarci.

"L''appartamento è veramente delizioso, pulito e ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, tra cui una bellissima terrazza sempre ventilata! E'' il punto ideale per partire alla scoperta della splendida Sicilia. Siamo felici di aver soggiornato a Balestrate e di aver alloggiato nell''appartamento della Sig.ra Piera trascorrendo così tre settimane indimenticabili.
