Lovely Cottage with Pool in the heart of Tuscany

In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, not far from Arezzo, Florence, Siena and the Chianti area, this property immersed in the luxurious green of a 3-hectare botanical garden, Fattoria Della Nave is the ideal place to rest and for nature lovers.
The botanical garden make this property UNIQUE. The Parco Della Nave is an "English" garden , which means a garden free in forms and arrangements, projected and created after the mid-Eighteenth Century by the botanic Ferdinando Della Nave. Various species of exotic plants from colonial domains were introduced into European florist markets in 18th and 19th Centuries: the Parco Della Nave is a typical demonstration of a private and very interesting Botanic Collection now part of the National patrimony.

Our units are dislocated in a 18th Century Villa and in the ancient "casale" (old farmhouse), which are fully restored according to the typical Tuscan style. The property offer a quiet place to rest and enjoy one's holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Pool area, BBQ and a common hall for tastings and cooking school are just some of the features that this property offers.

The Cottage is located in the property of the Fattoria Della Nave's botanical park (1857). Set in idyllic surroundings in the Tuscan countryside between Arezzo and Florence, is the perfect destination for complete relaxation and privacy.

The cottage is detached from the farmhouse, with a private veranda covered with beautiful wisterias. The unit is self catered with kitchen and dining area and indoor sitting area. The bedrooms (one double and one twin) have a splendid view on the hills and the vineyards and can guarantee a restful stay. Bathroom with shower and laundry facilities available.

Pool area and BBQ a few steps away. Free WiFi, Private Parking and Tourist guide information available.

The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning for pets, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card.

Posto incantevole tra le colline toscane, tranquillo e silenzioso con personale molto accogliente e simpatico. Posizionato a 7 minuti dall'autostrada e da tutte le necessità (negozi, bar, farmacia, ecc ). Presente sulla proprietà una piscina rilassante e un parco botanico stupendo con laghetto e diversi sentieri ben curati. Ideale per eliminare lo stress e ricaricarsi positivamente.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en juillet 2020 dans le cottage (2 adultes, 1 adolescente et 1 chien). Le site est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu. Idem pour le gîte qui correspond en tout point à la description de l'annonce. Marika et Irène sont disponibles à chaque instant pour répondre à nos demandes ou nous conseiller sur les visites à effectuer... L'endroit est idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Il est également idéalement placé pour favoriser les visites des villes toscanes. Nous avons également profité de notre séjour pour suivre un atelier cuisine avec Irène et Andréa, puis nous avons partagé le repas confectionné avec nos hôtes. Super souvenir. Nous avons adoré l'endroit et le conseillons vivement aux personnes qui souhaitent découvrir la Toscane. PS: Nous précisons également que toutes les mesures pour lutter contre la propagation du Covid sont prises sur le site et dans toute la Toscane. Il n'y a donc aucune crainte à avoir avant de choisir cette destination. Olivier Wagner et sa famille.
