- We do not allow parties, if the police are called and issue a citation then we will request compensation through the booking website.
- We allow pets under 40 pounds and collect a $100 pet fee per pet.
- We offer to heat the pool to 82 degrees for an extra charge of $75 per night. Pool heat is optional and a separate payment that can be made at anytime; it is not required at the time of reservation.

I typically do not meet my guests in person, but I am available if needed. We usually communicate by messaging and through the Airbnb Website. I have a code on the front door for home access.
