Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. 

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed and direct access to the terrace. Additionally, the first bathroom sits on this floor, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The further two bedrooms of Rosmerta Villa are located on the first floor, the former featuring one double bed and the latter with two single beds. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

A few stairs downwards guests will find the last bedroom of the Villa, featuring two single beds. This bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom, with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

Moreover, gym equipment is available on this level for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the treadmill, static bike & multi -station! Guests will also find a comfy sitting area there, featuring a 50’’ smart T.V and a Playstation 4 console. Enjoy!

One more guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed located at the lower level.

Outside
Rosmerta Villa is set in 540 m2 outdoor area with a 65 m2 private swimming pool and a special children’s compartment. (3x5 and 0,60 metres deep) The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea in the lovely outdoor dining area, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish!

For a touch of added relaxation guests will find an outdoor six seater, heated Jacuzzi! Pull the cork on a bottle of red to enjoy along with the company of your loved ones..

Last but not least, for families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor lawn covered playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a seesaw, a swing, a children’s play house, a children’s car, and children furniture.

Rosmerta Villa is located in the provincial road between Panormo and Perama. In Perama town which is within 5 minutes away by car you will find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.

Location Overview.
Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 5 minutes away by car and well know for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
