House has 3 levels with roof deck being the 4th level. Garage that fits two midsize cars parked tandem. Master bedroom with California king bed and 42 inch flat screen. Balconies off both master and guest bedroom. Master bath with dual sink and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with Viking stove and island seating. Living room with comfortable sectional sofa and 60 in flat screen. Please no parties or events.

You'll start by entering the home on the first floor which is the entry way with a door to the garage. The 2nd floor is where you'll find the kitchen, a bathroom, dining and family room. Bedrooms and more bathrooms are on the 3rd floor and on the 4th is the large private deck. This single-family home has a master bedroom with California king bed and balcony, 1st guest room has a queen bed with balcony, and the 3rd room has full over full bunk beds. Each bedroom has flat screen T.Vs. Master bedroom has 42 inch flat screen. All bedrooms have dresser and a place to hang clothing. Kitchen is fully equipped with Viking stove and Frigidaire oven. 60 inch flat screen and large sectional couch in living room. Rooftop deck offers Weber BBQ and an outdoor fire pit table. Garage has parking for midsize tandem cars. Full size washer and dryer available in garage.

Mission Beach is nestled between Mission Bay and the pacific ocean. Our house is located at the most narrow point leaving us close to both bay and ocean. The Beach Liquor & Market is across the street with most essentials you may need. San Diego airport and downtown is only 6 miles away. Sea world is 3 miles from our location. There are many restaurants and attractions located right in Mission Beach as well. The Big Dipper roller coaster at Belmont Park is only a few blocks away. From our rooftop deck you have a perfect view of Sea World fireworks all summer long.

Access is granted to all areas except certain areas in garage. Certain closets and doors are locked for the privacy of the owner.
