The Home has 2 bedrooms 1 King, 1 Queen 1 Twin and Sleeper Sofa (in livingroom), 1 Full bath upstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs, full kitchen, large dining area that seats 8, living room and Full washer/dryer.
Sleeps 7 comfortably.
The homes have been updated and professionally decorated for that coastal feel. Tons of natural light and Open floor plan with all the amenities for a relaxing stay.
Large & Private courtyard includes outdoor lighting, patio furniture, umbrella and BBQ grill for a relaxing evening.
Well established quiet and quaint neighborhood with huge oak trees.

Hi! We are the Jones' This home has been in our family for over 20 years. Our Aunt and Uncle purchased it back in 2001 and our family would come and stay for many weeks/months at a time. Our children spent many summers here and still today enjoy visiting.
What makes this property unique
In 2017 we decided to renovate the home and share it with others who are looking for a great place to stay in Rockport. This home was built in 1958. The tree that is located in the courtyard, we predict it to be over 100 years old (but we are not sure) This property at one point was called Seven Oaks. We since lost of the Oak Trees during Harvey but the home stood up to that powerful Hurricane. The home has tons of natural light with 3 sets of French Doors. HVAC System, Water Heater, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Disposal and Roof are all NEW as of 2022
