Nestling in the pretty hilltop village of Kingston, on the Ridge above Corfe Castle, is this charming, stone-built, two-bedroom bungalow. Larkshill is in an idyllic location, a short walk to the village pub, approximately two miles to the picturesque village of Corfe Castle and 4 miles to the beautiful seaside town of Swanage. It is within easy reach of some of the most stunning coastal scenery and breathtaking countryside landscapes, including Chapman’s Pool and Swyre Head.

The front door opens into a spacious hallway, with two doors; one leading to a large double bedroom and the other door leads into an open plan Sitting/Dining room and Kitchen area. The dining area has a table and chairs seating 4 people and the sitting area has comfortable seating, a colour television and a modern wall mounted electric fire. Off the Dining/Sitting room is a well-equipped, good sized kitchen area. From the sitting room, glass doors open into a bright, airy sunroom with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing during the summer months and snuggling up during the winter months. The bright sunroom features full length windows, which overlook the pretty garden and it has underfloor heating, making it cosy during the winter months. From the sunroom, there is a useful utility area, which has a large freezer and a washing machine and also a door to the garden. This area also leads to a contemporary, fully tiled wet room with a large walk in shower, W.C., wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Adjacent to the wet room is a pleasant twin bedroom.

The two bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The impressive main bedroom is accessed from the door in the entrance hallway. It has a double bed, wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom which has a shower bath with electric shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. The delightful twin bedroom is accessed via the hallway from the sunroom and has the shower room adjacent to it.

To the side of the cottage is ample parking and a pleasant south east facing garden, which is mostly paved with some mature shrubs and flowers and a barbecue area. The patio gets the sun for most of the day and there is a table and chairs, which makes it perfect for enjoying some al fresco dining or to relax after an adventurous day out exploring this beautiful area.
