Large house, Amazing location
The house is very large, very well located and has an amazing pool (newly installed, much larger than normal) and a high quality hard-court tennis court. The rest of the house is very dated but well equipped, and is very private. The beds are excellent. Most importantly it is clean, and has a very accessible and accommodating owner who fixes issues if/when they arise. The location is the best possible. The beach is at the end of the street, the light house with its amazing view is a short walk up the hill behind the house, and Antibes town is about 20 minutes walk away, as is Juan Les Pins. The size of the house and the pool combined with its exceptional location make it ideal for larger groups or sharing families. The tennis court is a bonus - there is a public club in Antibes, but it is pay to play, and on the other side of town. For us (2 families sharing) the house was perfect - the location, quality of pool and tennis court and ability to spread in the the house and grounds far outweighed the dated interior. We would definitely rent this house again.
