About this property

2 bedroom flat situated in nice and quite national park of badavut. It has swimming pool , tennis court , basketball , kids play park and 700 meters away a long sandy beach. Views of Greek island lesbos. It’s in a complex of 80 flats. Ideal for couples and families but not ideal for parties or loud events like stag/hen parties. Direct flights to izmir from Gatwick or stansted. 2 hours from izmir airport and transfers can be arranged by myself unless you hire a car. Ayvalik town is 15 mins away and sarimsakli town is 5 mins away. Taxi costs about 3-4 pounds to take you to these towns.
