The stone house is located in a strategic position to reach the town of Porto Ercole a few hundred meters away.
The Feniglia beach is one kilometer, reachable by the cycle path. The port of Cala Galera in two steps. Beautiful view of the 16th century Spanish fort.
Recently renovated and furnished, it is a small jewel of greenery and tranquility.

It has a large parking lot surrounded by plants and citrus fruits.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
