Completely new apartment, furnished by architect: ground floor facing the pool with large private veranda and dining area for 8 people, armchairs and sun loungers. Kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. Living room with corner sofa and dining area for 8 people. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning and heating. Very close to the town center of Palau and very close to the beautiful La Sciuamara beach

Tolles Appartement

Wir haben 1 Woche im schönsten Appartement, das wir bisher auf Sardinien hatten, verbracht. Alles sehr sauber, hell und geräumig (sehr großes Wohnzimmer). Riesen Terrasse, große Esstische (Indoor und Outdoor), 2 tolle Badezimmer, genügend Schränke usw. Tägliches Kochen mit frischem Fisch direkt vom Fischerboot ein Traum! Mitte Mai waren sehr wenig andere Gäste da, alles sehr ruhig und immer ein Parkplatz vor der Türe. Beide Pools waren sehr sauber und auch im Mai benutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit Vittorio war unkompliziert und leicht. Auch direkt vor Ort gab es eine sehr nette Ansprechperson - Tonino. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 2 Supermärkte (1x Spar 1x Bio) in Gehdistanz (5 Minuten). Der lokale Strand auch in Gehdistanz. Zum Hafen von Palau geht man 10 Minuten.

Trip to Palau

Kurzentschlossen hatten wir das Apartment gebucht. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an top. Leider waren wir ab dem 02.10 in Palau. Die Saison war schon vorbei. Also ein ruhiger Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, vor allem wenn vielleicht mehrere Personen da sind. Das Apartment ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein Grill draußen wäre super gewesen. Besonders wegen den naheliegenden Fisch-und Fleischhändlern. Der Ort Palau ist noch richtig ruhig. Keine großen Hotels. Viele gute Restaurants, alle in max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Fijne plek voor hele gezin!

Dit huis, op een afgesloten terrein met meerdere geschakelde woningen, is mooier dan op de foto’s. Door het overdekte terras is het altijd mogelijk om in de schaduw te eten. Het uitzicht op (goed onderhouden) gras, zwembad en bergen is mooi en geeft door geschakelde bouw een groot gevoel van privacy. De eigenaar verblijft in zomermaanden op het terrein. Een vriendelijk, behulpzaam, echtpaar. Met 6 personen was het fijn om 2 badkamers te hebben. De woonkamer/keuken is groot, maar vanwege het overdekte terras hebben we vooral buiten geleefd. In 10 min wandel je naar het centrum. Op paar min rijden een grotere supermarkt en op 10 min met de auto Porto Pollo voor surfliefhebbers. Dit is echt een huis wat we kunnen aanbevelen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, im Inneren z.T. italienisches, qualitativ primitives Interieur...

Es waren elf wunderbare Tage! Das einzige war, dass unser 7 jähriger Sohn aus dem oberen Bett des stockbettes herausfiel! Er hat sich glücklicherweise nur einen (kleinen) Schock geholt. Die Absicherung hätte aus Holz mit stabiler Befestigung sein müssen, nicht Plastik und Gurtsicherung... Und die pool- badezeiten sind zu kurz!
