Prestigious, gated waterfront community in the premiere neighborhood in Barefoot Resort, Edgewater. Your villa boasts 2 extremely large master bedroom suites, each with shower and whirlpool tub and appointed with a king beds. 3rd bedroom has two twin XL beds and separate private bathroom. The kitchen, breakfast, dining room, and living areas are ideal for entertaining or spending quality family time, each room having a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. Flat screen TVs are present in the master bedroom and in the living room. WiFi is available. A short walk along the waterway will bring you to a beautiful pool with hot tub, a great place to take in the sun while cooling off in the huge pool.

Outstanding
The PERFECT place for a much needed getaway! Following a rough start to the year, lost my wife's mother in February and my father in may, we decided to take a beach trip with part of the family and relax. Upon locating this location on the VRBO we fell in love with the property. It filled all of our needs. The owners were extremely gracious and pleasant to work with. Mike even called to ensure that I received his text with check in process information. He was always prompt about responding to my texts. We preferred to stay closer to the beach, at least thought we did. Wecould not have been happier than where we were. Our younger grandchildren were so excited every time a boat went by on the waterway. Everything else was only minutes away. The whole experience has me looking forward to doing it again. Thank you Mike and Renee!

One of the best experiences at Myrtle to date!
What a wonderful stay we had. The owners were great. Their communication and courtesy was the best we've experienced in the 16 years of visiting North Myrtle while staying at several different places. The condo was clean, the fridge made ice super-fast, it was a very quiet area, and the property and location were very convenient. We look forward to renting here again. Thank You, The Consolazio's

Very, very, nice property. Owner, condo, garage, pool, and location could not be better. I didn't see a lot if other people, but the ones I did see were very friendly. I highly recommend this Condo.

Great Condo, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay in Mikes condo. The condo is very spacious and clean. We are very picky people when it comes to cleanliness and this was at the top of what we were looking for. Private gated community, on the waterway and close to anything you need. Short trip to the beach by shuttle or driving. One tip if you take the shuttle is that it runs every hour from 9-430 and showed up at Edgewater around 15-25 after the hour. If you drive to the beach parking is very cheap in my opinion. The pool was big, clean and never busy at all and its just a short walk on the waterway trail or you can also walk the parking lot to the upper side. Mike was always available if I had a question and also responded quickly from the time we booked until the time we arrived. If you are looking for a quiet, clean exceptional condo do not hesitate to contact Mike and book his condo. I can promise you will not be disappointed. We look forward to our next trip.

Amazing condo!
We just returned from our stay at this condo and it was nothing short of perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice! The condo is actually much bigger than I expected and was fully stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We have stayed in many sections of Barefoot landing in past visits, but Edgewater is by far the nicest. The gated community along with pin code entry to the condo makes it feel safe. The pool for Edgewater was amazing! The kids were a little disappointed they couldn’t get in the hot tub because of their age and a “nice” retiree letting us know it was off limits. We couldn’t get over how nice, clean, and quiet the entire area was! The owners do a great job of making a team effort in keeping up the property! Mike was very responsive and accommodating to us! We would love to book again! My only suggestion would be a mattress upgrade for all the rooms, but otherwise our stay was incredible!

Beautiful Condo
The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. There were two master bedrooms with large ensuites, which were extremely nice and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was only a short drive away. There was a nice view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened in balcony. The owner responding quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect place for our family beach getaway!
This property was impressive upon driving up and immaculate upon entering. The check-in and access instructions were quick and accurate. The condo was MUCH more spacious than the pictures suggest, and it was very well appointed. The property facilities were easily accessible, and we used the pool and grill areas daily. It was also a very short trip to the beach by car or golf cart. We would definitely select this property again!

Check-in was easy and the place was great! The place had a great view of the waterway and was in a gated community. We were close to the pool and had a wonderful place to walk along the waterway. The owner was very nice and the place was even better than it was described on VRBO.

Great Complex
This is a very nice complex full of retirees and incredibly safe. Very walkable area for those who like to walk or jog. Apartment is very large with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal of large families.

What a beautiful property! The location is perfect with the waterway right below you. The condo is very spacious and well decorated. We loved the design that includes 2 master suites. Mike and Renee were terrific hosts and we quick to answer any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The plantation shutters throughout were beautiful. The screened in porch facing the inter coastal was enjoyed daily - morning, noon, and night. We also enjoyed the pool, the boat docks, and one night we walked to Barefoot Landing. Thank you Mike and Renee! We would love to stay with you again! Definitely highly recommend!!

A very nice surprise
My family had the pleasure of staying here for 4 days the weekend before the 4th of July. From the very beginning, Mike was very easy to communicate with. The check-in process was seamless and Mike was even able accommodate and early check-in. The pictures don't do the property justice. The place is roomy, comfortable, clean and has all the amenities a family might need while on vacation. The stay comes with access to the pool and exercise room and even a parking space in the garage. There is some construction going on outside the unit we were in, but Mike made us aware of that and if you are going to be in and out its not an issue. When we are in Myrtle Beach next, I will definitely stay with Mike again.
